Thanks will try it now.
On that note, is there any known issues with notecaddy and ipoker speed?
Not that I am aware of but I don't follow the NC forum as much as I probably should. You may want to give a quick look or search thru the NC sub-forum on our site -

Another question:
Is there a way to get HMSync to also sync hand notes (I prefer to make notes on my laptop but play mainly on my PC).
If not, is the only other way to just export database with hand notes only, then import into my main PC?
Will this add these new notes to the existing notes on the database, or overwrite them all?
ie. I make 10 notes on my PC1, and backup/restore to PC2 which has 100 notes. Will PC2 now have 110 notes or will they all be overwritten and only have 10 notes?
Little confusing hope you understand.
Unfortunately there is no good way to do what you want at this time. HM Sync doesn't currently sync notes and the backup/restore of notes will over-write the notes instead of append them. We have requests in the system to try and fix both of these issues (allow sync to sync notes in addition to hands, and for the notes restore to append instead of over-write) but these tickets have been put on the back-burner due to the recent performance issues and various HUD/Results issues that sprang up on various sites over the past few months.
HM-1309: Requested ability to Sync Notes
HM-2668: Feature: add Caddy notes to Sync
HM-5083: HM2 Player Notes Backup/Restore overwrites existing notes instead of combining them like HM1
If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to
support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-1309, HM-2668, and HM-5083 are Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
The more people we can get to add their emails to these tickets the easier it will be to show the developers these are critical issues that customers need resolved.

HM1 - Please update to the latest version -
http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...uncements.html
HM2 - Please update to the latest build via HM2 > Settings > Check For Updates
If you have any problems auto-updating, use this link -
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
Make sure that stars is set to run as admin. Apparently the latest pokerstars update disabled the run as admin privileges for some/all customers and this can cause the Zoom HUD to stop working.
If you have UAC turned on you must set stars to run as admin otherwise the zoom hud will not work. If you have UAC off you dont need to configure anything, everything should work fine out of the box.
To do this please close HM2 and Poker Stars.
1) Go to C:\Program Files\PokerStars (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the PokerStars.exe and choose “Properties”.
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”.
If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled and you basically running as admin so no need to change anything.
4) Please repeat steps 1-3 for PokerStarsUpdate.exe and also for holdemmanager.exe in C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version) although holdemmanager.exe should be already set to run as admin by default.

One of our support techs posted a workaround/fix for this issue. It seems to be caused by a problem in the ipoker clients where it doesn't write all of the hands to your disk while playing.
