I can't reproduce this. Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? AVG by any chance?

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

So, now another 1-2 months on since i last asked the question.

Is the EV (redline) problem with HM1 where its getting calculated correctly in the ICM window but not used in the $EV diff column fixed yet?

Now been over 6 month? since we were told u guys were working on it. And maybe 4 months since its apparently been lifted to a "high priority"

Seriously why cant u just say "sorry but we dont give a ****" instead of pretending to care about it and leading us on like ur going to fix it.

Is this a 'SciChart Trial Edition' warning message?

What is your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format: option set to?

Close HM2 and change it to English (USA), then restart HM2.

Did that solve the problems with the Graphs?

i just dled the 1.13.01 internal version & now absolutely no stats are coming up for zoom, so b4 it was incorrect stats & now nothing argg!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *tears hair out*

I am sorry for the delay but we can't really focus on these EV issues when a large portion of our customer base were having performance problems, HUD problems (zoom/rush, pacific, etc), and actual results (versus expected results) problems. The FTP relaunch has caused a major delay for us as it is the second most popular network and I am sure you can understand those customers wouldn't be happy if we delayed their HM2 HUD/Results fixes even longer because we are working on EV issues in HM1.

I realize this is important to you, and others, but we have to prioritize our development tasks based on the percentage of our customers affected. This means that anything that is not site dependent gets worked on first (since it can affect anyone, on any site), and then we work on things that affect the HUD and actual results for the most popular networks, before we can devote time to work on EV issues or feature requests.

Which regional setting were you using? Was it Turkish or something else, like Italian? This mostly affects people in Turkish regions but I think we had at least 1 other report of a person in Italian region that it was affecting (but I think they couldn't solve it even after changing to English region settings).

okay i dled the new version fozzy just posted & now the stats show up but for the first 5-10hands i am getting incorrect data & then it finally shows correct stats....

so still need for this to get sorted out...

I am using HEM and the ev line/red graph is not showing up at all for any turbo heads up sit and gos at party poker after their new update. the games itself is showing up as "super turbos", it used to be under speed but now they switched to turbo so that could be the problem. pls let me know how to fix this on HEM since i really hate using HEM2.

I clicked the latest update but still the stats are messed up. stats are delayed by one hand or more

This is caused by the recent party client update but we need lots of hands from customers to be able to get this fixed in all of the various changed formats. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com so we can try to get this fixed.

so until you fix this is everyone else with all HEM versions having the same problem with the hud on zoom? I'll keep playing if everyone else's hud has the same prob, but not if some works and some don't..

That is correct. All of the stars clients recently updated and it stopped the zoom hud from working at all. Our developers made an update to get it working again but this new bug was introduced.

The related HM2 ticket for this issue is:

HM-6159
Pokerstars - zoom huds not shown until 2nd hand

but it seems to be affecting HM1 users a little differently (HUD is showing up but displaying wrong data until the hand gets imported).

RIT shouldn't affect the HUD.

If you want to be notified when this is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6159 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email and make sure you mention that you are using HM1 and not HM2. That ticket number is in reference to HM2 but once the developers fix it for HM2 it should also be fixed for HM1. We will just need to manually send you an update link because we don't have the auto-update beta feed like we do for HM2.

In general i would say it should work after you have checked the handhistory / auto-import configuration.
I'm not sure if they changed the handhistory format. We are looking into it.

Which site and which games? If you are playing pokerstars tournaments it is a known issue (our recent fix for full tilt tourney results caused problems for pokerstars tourney results). If you are playing a different site we will need more details and some sample hands.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com and include a detailed description of which results are incorrect. If you are playing tourneys please try to include screen shots of the tourney lobbies for the incorrect results, if possible, so we can see the expected results.

HM2 is mega slow when running on Ipoker Speed tables.
Hud lag, hand history pop up lag, freezing etc.

Doesn't happen on any other site.
