Dear HM2 Support Team!

Since the new build (7603) when I click on Report-->Sessions, the Session Start Time is ALWAYS set to go from the oldest to newest up from down. Even if I reverse it, and I close the HM2 and open it later, it's turned back the old line: oldest to newest.

Is there any way to make it permanent? (from newest to oldest from up to down)

Thank you!

Both of these issues should be fixed in our latest internal build 7616. I don't have permission yet to post it publicly so I will PM both of you a link for your feedback.

Right now it looks like $115 Heads-Up Sit & Go (without rake) and you will have to change it to $112.76 + $2.24 Heads-Up Sit & Go

The best free software for doing this that I've found is Advanced Find and Replace (google and download it)

So here is a small FAQ:

1) create a new database in HM (temporary one, in which you will import ftp files just to look up your ev/results). It won't work in old base, I believe, it will return a "dublicate hands" error.

2) put all FTP hh files needed in one directory

3) in Advanced Find and Replace make a "replace" procedure like I showed earlier. So just change $total-buyin Heads-Up Sit & Go to $buy-in + $rake Heads-Up Sit & Go.

If u need different buy-ins in your folder, make a procedure for each of them.

then import and be happy to know you still beat the FTP field or not anymore :/

4) sry for my english

5) special thanks to russian guy, who posted it on our forum (Boby). Ive just translated it for you.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-178: Full Tilt Poker - No HUD on Matrix Super Turbo SnGs

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HMONE-178 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

* p.s. The HM2 HUD works on these games but there is a parsing problem where it is not tracking the overall/side tournament results properly that we are working on.

I have not heard this reported yet. If the HUD is working and updating properly the hands should be getting imported.

Filter > Clear (even if it appears no filters are set) and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

Beyond that I am not sure what would cause it. There is a slim chance your postgresql installation could have been damaged somehow in such a way that even a new database won't fix the problem without reinstalling postgresql completely but I don't want to suggest that until I am sure.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders (and hand history files) and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

HM1 or HM2? This is only possible in HM1 currently and this only works for the cash graph and not the tourney graph:

- Close HM1
- Open the following file in a text editor - C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config

Code:
<setting name="GraphAllInEv">True,Clear,1,Dash</setting>
If you later want to see your line in the graph you will need to change the color back from 'Clear' to 'Red' or similar.

Boot into 'Safe Mode with Networking' and you should be able to hopefully connect to postgresql.
I'm still unable to connect, I get the "failed to establish a connection to 127.0.0.1" message

Are the tourney summaries directly related to postgresql or is it HEM1 information? I mean, can I reinstall postgreSQL without losing them?

We are getting closer to a fix for HM2. Once we get the fix finalized in HM2 and have the next HM2 build released we will start working on the HM1 fix. I can not give an ETA for our next release of HM1 since it relies on us first releasing HM2.
So ..

Could I use another database using the old fix then play rush and will it show my results/sessions?

Then if I wanna play on stars a few minutes later can I just click to the other datebase and will that work?

as I said, my main concern is backing up all the tournaments I manually entered, I already have my hand history backed up.

Is there a way I can do this by navigating the folders and copying some files or do I necessarily have to open HEM1 and do the whole export tourney summaries thing?

They are part of the postgresql database. If you reinstall postgresql or reformat your computer you will not be able to retrieve the information from the database. Unfortunately if you can't boot in normal mode or get postgresql working in safe mode there is no way to get the information out of the database.

This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt, or you have problems with your windows, you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created).

Yes, it is a bit ugly to do but it would work.

- Rollback to 1.12.02 and create a new database for Rush and play on FTP.
- When you are done playing at FTP change to the Zoom database you have for v 1.12.10b or 1.12.11 Internal from the Options > Database Management > Connect > pick the newer Zoom database > 'set as default' then close the Database Control Panel with the 'X' button.
- Update to 1.12.10b or 1.12.11 internal and play on Stars Zoom.

* If you forgot to change the database and just closed HM1, and updated to the latest build, it will perform a database update on the Rush database and likely cause problems when you rollback later.

hello, i am experiencing some problems with hem 2 and would greatly appreciate some help. i used my hem 2 for awhile and then all of a sudden it stopped working, telling me that my trial had ended when i had already purchased the software. after getting through that using the faq's, i am able to use my hem 2 again but when i attempt to use it on stars, only the settings and default tabs on the top left of the tables appear, and no boxes for the stats of each player. when i look at active session, the hands accurately show what table and stakes i am playing so the import is working. what should my steps be to correct this? also, i have begun playing on full tilt and have gone through the steps to import hands there as well, but on full tilt the settings and default tabs appear at the top left as well as the boxes where individual players stats should appear, but they do not. full tilt also shows up under my acitve session so i believe the hands are importing.

please let me know what i should do!
thanks alot

Your computer clock should match your sessions time in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please follow these steps completely:

http://forums.holdemmanager.com/bug-...s-showing.html

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well.

p.s. quite a game this afternoon, eh?
