Thanks It seems fixed, I already ran those files as administrator, added them to windows firewall and updated and its fixed... That user account control I dont really want to change that but it seems that wasn't needed

Thank you. I can't locate the postermaster.pid file. I look in all of the postgresql files and can't locate it. I have unhidden all files as well.

right-click a hand > mark > add new tag...

select the tag you want to change to highlight it > edit

When is Table scanner coming out?

We do not yet have an ETA for the official release. It is currently free while in beta testing. Once we remove the beta status it will be free for another 6 months for classic scan (and 3 months for insta scan).

It is all copyed from HEM, but when i replay the hand it shows 1 buyin and not 599$, But still I shows up as im loosing 4$ even if I like fold prflop. Wtf is this bug?

Guys you know on HEM 1 when a pot goes to showdown, you get a little graphic popup over the table saying what each players' hands + board was.

If anyone understands what I mean [hopefully you do], how do you get that thing to go away quicker? For some reason it's staying on my tables for ages and often gets in the way of the next flop so I can't really see what the cards are.

My HM2 is really "heavy" and is struggeling very much even I dont have many hands/tournaments. Always when I want to see "Tournament winnigns graph" for example it takes 1 minute to get there because it always crashes first. Sometimes I have to close HM2 and start it over for it to work. Is this normal?

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

reduce it from the default of 5 seconds so they display for less time, or change it to 0 if you dont want to see them at all.

We just made some dramatic improvements to the Cash Results Graph but the Tournament Winnings Graph has not been updated to the new graph controls yet.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5388: Lag: viewing tourney graph takes too long

Can you check if the original handhistory file (in your archive folder) also has this weird line:

This is a known (recent) bug, we're currently investigating. The bug ticket on this is: HM-5388. You're right there is absolutely something wrong with the tourney graph (taking way too long to load).

If you see it's "not responding'--> it will always eventually unfreeze and show the graph. With a large database (10.000+ tournies) it once took 40 minutes for me to unfreeze though. As a temporary solution, it's probably best to NOT set your date filter to ALL HANDS when you view your tourney graph. But only let it display your most recent results.

Do I have to get HM2 (I have HM1) and how do I get the beta?

You would need to use HM2. It is no longer available for HM1 unless you already owned it for HM1 before we released HM2. The beta version is free for anyone using HM2.

I've installed hm1 on a new computer and noticed that the imported hh from turbo sng at party poker haven't got the $ev calculated. The amount in that column equals the $won one, and the icm button is disabled in the replayer.

I however dont have that problem with party speed sng hh imported from the same folder.

Make sure you have the latest internal build installed since it may have some parsing fixes that aren't in the public build you downloaded - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._22Jul2012.exe

Arent you talking about the table scanner crashing? The table scanner scans the tables and if it detects you at the tables it crashes?

After 8 months trouble free use I've suddenly hit a major problem with HEM1 on my PC (XP) and it won't start up, saying there is no licence. Since I've actually paid (and got a licence key for HEM2) I've tried to upgrade...same problem. I've uninstalled all instances of HEM1 and HEM 2 from my PC and started from scratch....same problem. HEM2 runs fine on my laptop (W7) using the licence, I have purchased.

After three days the customer support has been...how should I put this nicely...slightly worse than useless. Anybody on here help?
