I'll update to the beta update "A" version but looking at your link I've already answered almost all of the questions there in this thread already.

It's extremely tedious and time consuming.

I've been using HEM for 2 years now ... I've obviously clicked the " auto import hands " btn before posting this thread.

Coincidentally now TN is not closing tournaments after they've finished.

If updating to the beta update version in the link you provided does not resolve the issue I'll contact Sarek via email with a link to this thread to schedule another Skype session.

I'm not going to waste even more time answering questions I've already responded to in this thread. I don't want to be uncooperative but asking clients the same questions repeatedly is extremely annoying.

I've worked in tech support and have used trouble ticket software , and when I've used it , I never asked customers the same questions 3 different times. Those software exists in order to avoid doing so.

I keep getting a problem (prob around once per hour) where my computer totally freezes and one particular table will be totally blacked out with a black square that covers the area that the HUD can cover. After about 10-20 seconds things seem to recover, but I get an error message with the following details:

Hey. So I bought HM2 yesterday and have been trying since to get my HM1 database imported, but haven't managed to do so yet.

I've been through all of the performance stuff and I've tried reading up on threads with similar problems. Haven't found any fix yet.

My database is about 3.7m hands and it stops importing after ~7000 hands with this msg "import completed successfully!" (yeah very successful)

What should I do?

This should be fixed in the next build for HM2 once released. I don't yet have an ETA for release but we hope it will be very soon. It might already be fixed in the latest internal build on our forums but I cant get confirmation from our testers at this moment - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...ng-tables.html

For HM1 you will need to disable preferred seating until we update HM1 to include the preferred seating option for ipoker 9max tables. I am not positive if this will be ready for the next public build of HM1 but I am trying to push for it to be fixed asap.

If you create a backup of your HM1 database and send us a download link we can try to reproduce the problems with the direct import and have our developers investigate the cause of the problem.

I'm trying to export some hands in HEM2. When I click start Export, the options grey out and it says "Please be patient, export in progress" below what looks like a status bar. This status bar has not done anything in over half an hour and there doesn't seem to be any other indications of anything happening.

Edit - after 45 mins of nothing happening I clicked cancel which seemed to work fine, but now when I try to exit HEM2 it says "A background task is currently running. Please wait for this operation to finish." and won't let me exit. There's still no other indication of anything happening though.

Did you do [x] Hero Only or [x] All? How many hands approximately and what are your machine specs (CPU, RAM, HDD Speed)? Cash or Tourney hands?

I just tried a few different combinations of Hero/All and Cash/Tourney without issue.

hi i just got hem up and running but it doesn't seem to be tracking hands. When I start import and start hud it loads on my tables but it will only track one or two hands. How do I get it to continue tracking hands? thanks

i am doing a 30 day trial everything is working fine except the most important issue if the tornament fee is 3.00 and the rake is .15 it should be net winnings of 8.85 instead it says 9.00 it rounds it off so it is not giving me accurate net winnings
that is for a 4 man tourney
also for a 2 man tourney if the buyin is 6.00 and the rake is .25 if i loose it only says i lost 6.00 it does not include the rake but if i win it does include the rake and i win 5.50

I guess you are playing on Stars? You need to configure the writing of the handhistories in the Stars client and the import in HM:

The first 1-2 hands come from the prefetch to display a hud but this indicates that your import is not configured.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

I've been playing on PokerStars for 2 years and using Hold'em Manager for months. I played SnG and MTTs since last 4 months and HM works perfectly, since Jan 2012, PS made a new update that makes HM can't work anymore, so I upgraded it to HM2 and again, it works perfectly until 2 weeks ago, I switched to play NLHE Heads-up (Cash games) and HM2 doesn't work with this, it's still working fine on Full Ring Cash tables but not only on Heads-up tables.

I asked for help on holdemmanager forums (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...hu-tables.html) and they showed me a lot of troubles to be checked and fixed, I did it all but it still never works.

Actually HM2 can import hand histories from PS as well as usual, but the displayed stats are totally wrong, such as I played about 50 hands with an opponent with lots of actions have been showed, but the stats are always like "0" and "-" even they happened several times. Plus the pots of last hands are always displayed as $100.00 or $50.00 even it's just NL50 and the pots are never as high as showed. I think there is a problem reading text files of hand histories, but can't know for sure nor how to fix it.

I have:

_ Reinstalled my Windows (7 Ultimate), HM2 didn't work even when I've not installed any Antivirus programs (now I'm using Norton)
_ Completely removed PokerStars, HM2, PostgreSQL even their databases and settings, configurations and reinstalled as brand-new ones.
_ HM2, PostgreSQL, Microsoft .NET Framework, Windows are all updated to the lastest versions
_ All my settings such as PokerStars Language, hands history language, hands history saving/importing folders, preffered/seating preference, displayed stats... are all fine. HM2 team support also asked and helped me configurating these so I think they are fine.

Being able to display stats for different stack sizes like 0-20bb and 22bb+ at the same time in the hud would be very useful. I know you can filter stats by number of bb's a player has but if stacks are Btn(40bb)/sb(10bb)/bb(10bb) then I will see stats for btn as if hes playing with a big stack but he will actually be playing like he has 10bb. It means that some of the time splitting stats up by stack size gives you less accurate info than not bothering.
I know you may say notecaddy can do this but I've tried and in my opinion its quite buggy with stats not always showing up, too focused on cash games with little thought to mtts and it also makes the hud very laggy when you include its stats.
