What site? Does the table averages HUD update properly with each new hand? Does the HUD show if you

Try HUD Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [x] Always on top

If you continue to have problems:

Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Please disable the HUD Options > Config Properties > HUD Settings > [ ] Use session stats

If that doesn't help we will want the prefs file as described above so we can help you solve this via email.

I really have no way to know if it will matter as I dont have experience using those types of registry edits. I would just use your normal user account and then try one of the others if you experience problems.

Try to move the files from your desktop to a new folder on the C drive and name the folder differently.

If that doesnt work, try to create a new database and import those files again.

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Is this on pokerstars? It is likely caused when you click the Pokerstars Previous Hand or Add Chips buttons. This is a bug that causes your HM2 HUD Options > Seating Preferences to change back from your custom setting to the default setting (i.e. seat 5 on 9max tables). For now try to change your stars and hm2 seating preferences to the default (5 on 9max, 3 on 6max, etc). This should be resolved in the next build.

I have HM1 Small stakes Holdem & Omaha want to upgrade it the the PRO version of HM1

Where can I do this and how much is it?

Thanks to postgres (god I really hate that thing) I had to start a new database - will my old hands of been stored anywhere (should keep backing this stuff up from now on)? Or have I lost all of that data in my old database? Thanks for any help.

Pokerstars Hud Issue Holdem Manager 1

Hi GUys

I have been on this one table and the HUD stats displaying amount of hands some players have played is incorrect for example

Player A in the HUD shows 18 hands yet he has 47 hands in Holdem Manager he has been at my table since the start of the tourney

Player B has about the same hands 40 in Holdem Manager yet only 8 on the HUD?

Thoughts?

And no this isnt from previous tourney's as I have just set my HUD up and testing it for the first time

HM 1 upgrades are no longer available. Please contact sales@holdemmanager.com with your license details. They may have an HM2 upgrade offer for you.

I don't know what happened to your original postgresql installation or database but you should have all your original hands in the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) from where you can import them via import file/folder.
You can also start pgadmin (from the windows start menue) and check if you have more than one database. If this is true one of them is probably your old database.

The number of hands displayed in the hud depends on your configuration of the additional hud filters and the tourney hud filters.

What happens if you click on Connect? Are the data displayed in your screenshot correct? They come from your postgresql installation so i can't verify them, usually the password is a different one.
Is your windows postgresql service running? You can check this in the windows services.

This thread is a pain to work on a single problem. If you can't figure it out please email support@holdemmanager.com with a detailled problem description and screenshots.

I changed the those HUD filters before still didn't resolve the issue.

This one guy on my table at the moment still showing 1 hand yet he has played more any other suggestions ?

It seems when they play a hand and get to showdown and lose it resets to 1 ?

Hi, lately sometimes when I write a note and click save, it doesn't get saved and I have to write it all over again. I'm talking about hm1, any ideas why is that happening?

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 3848.

I just sent an email to Morny to try and get a status update on that particular bug.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

From JAn 2012 on there is a new Pokerstars client for Danish citizens, since there is a new online pokerlaw in effect in here. where only sites wich has obtained a special Danish online gambling license is allowed to operate on the danish market.

Pokerstars has gotten the license, and they have made a new client wich we must all use from now on.

The new client pokerstars.dk does look exactly like the old one, and we can take part in all the same games as everyone else.

But now the HUD, and HH import dont work with HEM 1

Is there ny chance you will look into this, or have all support for HEM 1 been abandoned ?

I don't know how to fix this but it's a huge mess and if anything it reminds me of frustration I had dealing with PT3's ****ty report section.

We still make critical updates for HM1 (parsing, HUD, etc) so this should fall within that realm.

To help us add support for this new client we will need some assistance from you to send us the necessary files.

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

HUD isn't being displayed on one of my tournament tables. HM2 is importing the hands correctly and seems to have the full tournament file, but the HUD will not display on the table. Is there a function, like in HM1, where I can manually identify the table HM2 is missing?

Tournament in question is the $11 High Roller Satellite on Merge.
