You will want to finish your bulk import before playing live. Bulk imports take lots of processing power. If you are playing live the bulk import might be processing a thousand+ hand file and the HUD won't update until it gets time to import your live hands, which it can't because it's currently processing your bulk import.

On www.holdemmanager.com click the support button, then click downloads. HM1 full installer and update are there.

Setup your password and you should be good to go. This screen should prompt for your password, but maybe you clicked through it the first time or you are using a non-registered version of HM2?

Go to Settings/HM.com Website Login. (it's the last option at the bottom) Enter your password, (From hm.com account) "Save Login" and you should be good to go. If you are not a registered user HMSync won't be available for you. You must have a registered account to use HMSync.

I double clicked the line that separates them and the stat goes away. Can't get it back

When I refresh it flashes(quickly appears then goes away again.) Really want to use those stats.

Are you referring to HM1? Recently we went through every single Merge SNG and updated buyin info, players, game type, etc. Reason I ask is I play some Micro SNG's on Merge every now and then to test and they do import and display buyin info correctly on HM2. That's not to say there's not some open issues still or HM1 has some problems HM2 doesn't have. Anytime we're adding this info based on a room name it can be prone to problems when the site updates the structures or add a new room name.

You're also saying a MTT's with 6max are completely broken? I checked our bug log and didn't an open bug for this. These MTT's are not always running but it's on my list of things to test.

Nice find and thanks for the extra info!!! I have a bug written for this and it will be fixed in the next build.

In the mean time it looks like the columns get auto spaced doing this. The other stats are there, they are just wayyyyy to the right.

To fix this:

1. Close HM2
2. go to C:\Users\YOURPCNAME\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Config\ColumnSettings
3. Delete the "ColumnSettings" folder
4. Restart HM2

Is the 'Luck Adjusted Winnings' correct if all the tournament buy-ins and prizes have been adjusted properly for the Merge Network and Cake Netwrok.

It seems like it's not right. I'm running bad but 30+ buy-ins under EV at around 100 games seems pretty horrid even for me

HM2: Everytime I view a tables HH from the recent pots hud stat, and another table pops up for action, the HH pop up will change to that tables recent pots automatically ... very tilting.

Cool thanks. but I don't really understand why you can't fix this issue. its obv kind of working as HUSNG are properly recorded everytime you restart HEM. Surely if it works when you restart the soft it should be easy to fix

I upgraded to 1.12.06.

This is regarding Holdem Manager 1 and pokerstars:

Is there anyway to track rebuy tournament results correctly without manually editing the rebuy and addon amounts in the tournament results and data view tab?

I've tried by importing tournament summaries that I've received by email from pokerstars, and at first it looked like that worked, but the rebuy and addons amounts were correct for some of the tournies and wrong for others. Why is that?

What if I just auto imported hand histories and not tournament summaries when playing, and then afterwards add tournament summaries in .htm format that I've received from pokerstars by email, would that give correct rebuy tournament results? Or should I request the tournament summaries from pokerstars in .txt format(if that is even possible), or any other format instead, if that is better?

Will/Is it possible to get correct rebuy and addon numbers in Holdem manager 2 if I import tournament summaries that I've received by email?

In short, please let me know if there is a solution to getting the rebuy and addon numbers correct without manually doing it in Holdem manager?

I use the original HEM and just recently started playing at Hero Poker on the Merge Network. I've noticed that I can see the HUD in game and everything, but I can't go to Cash Game or Tourney reports and review my winnings/hand histories. It logs the number of players I've encountered; however, I can't access any other information.

can i filter the hands on the flop, like hand on showdown?

I just exported my entire HEM2 database and then tried to reimport it into a new d-base because I wanted to test the value of the export feature for backing up hands. When i re-imported the d-base it only took in roughly half of the original hands (about 100K of a 230k sample)

You may want to try recreating this because it is a huge bug imho if we cannot trust the export feature.

Edit: Wait....I just tried again and noticed that when my screen saver kicked in the import auto-completed....this may be a totally different bug. Let me disable my screen saver and try again....will report back.

Nope.....watched the whole thing....it got about 40% through imorting 1080 files and then jumped right to complete and showed 1080 of 1080 imported even though it had only gotten to file 500 or so.

how do i delete my hm2 database after trying it out? this thing is taking up like 6gb that i need, and i dont want to uninstall everything and reimport my hh's to hm1 since that takes all day. i already purged the hands from hm2, but that only freed like 1 gb

Something just came to me that could be the cause of why I'm showing I'm running so far under Expected Value.

The Turbo STT's on Cake pay the top 4 spots instead of the standard top 3. I play a lot of those. Would that affect the EV calculations? I'm not sure how HEM figures the EV Calculations but I know that it changes the ICM of a standard payout structure.

If that is the cause of why it shows I'm running so far under EV is there anything I can do to resolve that?
