You can move all your hand histories to one location and manually import from that folder.

If you're going to have a lot of new hands, this is the best method.

Hi, the last 2 requests i've seen in the thread were a week ago and 16 days ago. The update being released within the next 48 hours has addressed a number of the remaining priority issues that were still open after the other updates were released this month.

Obviously with a program of the scale of HM2, the list of known issues will never be blank. But the internal time frame we are using to resolve open issues is days and no single issues is currently anticipated to take longer than a few weeks.

If your concern(s) is not addressed in this next build and is not on the list, please shoot me a PM as I would like to coordinate with you on whether it is a known issue and, if it is not, we will get slotted for the developers to include in an update. If your issue(s) is determined to not be a bug but is a Windows, .net, or Postgres issue . . . we will work with you directly to resolve that also as part of our tech support.

I have a problem getting the HUD to work on Boss Media (Playnow.com). I'm using HEM 1.12.06.

I tried opening Table Finder. When I first dragged the red square over the poker table and let go, the Window Title and Owner did become populated with table details, however, the table name never showed up in the Unattached Tables window.

I closed HEM and the poker client, restarted both, and tried dragging the red square over again. Now the table name shows up in the Unattached Tables window. When I highlight the table name and click Ok in the Table Finder, the HUD shows up for about 2 seconds before disappearing.

How can I get the HUD to stay? My poker client is in english. My comp is set to english. And HEM is importing hands and my tourneys just fine so Import is working.

The HUD works fine at the first table; as soon as you get a table move, the HUD still thinks you are at the table before. Is there a fix for this?

Well i downloaded the latest update as I see it fixes the problem. Now when it says it is updating the data base for the new HUD stats, it goes straight to not responding and stays like that. Any fixes for this?

I'm not sure if you are you using the tablefinder in the correct way:
1. open a table and play some hands
2. open the table finder window in the table manager. You should see the table in this window
3. click on the table name in the table finder window
4. Move the red cross to the middle of the table window and drop it there
5. close the table finder window with "OK".

Thats normal because the database update runs in the background without updating the window (=not responding). You just need to wait until its completed. Depending on your database size this will take some minutes to hours.

when i try using the link u gave me, yes it gets there and i can download and run the updater
but every couple seconds while updating it tells me cannot load XXX file. cannot load XXXXX file. and so on...
