You can backup the database and uncheck/skip the database option:

You can also export individual HUD profiles from the HM2 - HUD Designer or the HM3 - HUD Editor.

No, unfortunately, that is not possible. NC stats/definitions can only be used in the HUD.

Hey,
Im mainly playing HU Total KO MTTs on Pokerstars.
There seems to be a problem with Rebuys being tracked in those.
Rebuys are perfectly shown for normal MTTs but not for those HUTKOs.
I tried re-importing the database , still not showing anything.
Somehow it shows rebuys in a few of them randomly from months ago, but there doesnt seem to be a system or pattern that would help me solving my problem.
Since i want to track my profit in this format as precise as possible i would love to get a reply helping me solving my little issue.

If you do not yet have our latest beta version 3.1.24.8577 installed please update from this link.

Please try to create a new small/test database: File - New Database then manually import some hands via File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive and/or C:\HM3Archive.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I just started playing ACR tournaments yesterday and cannot get the hand histories or tournament summaries to load in HM3. It appears the HH's are archived in my HM3 folder, but I cannot get them to import. HUD worked fine when I was playing.

If you have already played some hands for that site and the HUD was working you just need to switch the active player and/or create an alias as instructed in this guide.


If you continue to have problems, please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Fozzy. I got a new laptop.


At the moment, HEM2 and HEM3 are still installed on my old dell xps 15 9550. I do not plan on using this laptop anymore to play as I will be using the new laptop. But I will not be doing a clean reinstall etc on it and just leave it as is.


How do I check how many computers I currently have Hem2 and Hem3 installed in? I was thinking maybe when I did a clean format of my old xps 15 9550, it probably didn't erase it? I only been using HEM2 and HEM3 on this old xps 15 9550 but sure if they are still registered on 2 computers... the 2nd computer would still be the exact 9550 before clean reinstall.


I am planning to install HEM2 and HEM3 exactly like how it is on the older xps 15 9550 which I will not be using anymore.


I do not want to import any hands etc. The only thing I am concerned with is the hud configuration and the settings and nothing more. Thus I don't care about the hand history database.

There is no way to check, but there is also no reason to check. You should not have any issue with HM3, and if you have any issue with HM3 you can reset your license.


Export the HUDs from the HM2 HUD Designer, or the HM3 HUD Editor, of PC1, transfer the files to PC2, then import them using the HM3 - HUD - HUD Editor... - 'Options' button menu.

Hi Fozzy. I installed HEM3 and setting it up now. After i enter my login details, it ask for express (recommended) or advanced install. I remember last time I did express (recommended) because that seemed to be the obvious one and I remember you are suppose to use the advanced option if you had used hem3 before? I remember I then just uninstalled HEM3 and then installed it again and did the advanced option. But when i go to the HEM site to check the instructions for installing HEM3, it says to choose express (recommended). I am positive earlier in the year, the instructions had to choose advanced so that changed?

Which hud do you choose? Beginner/standard/advanced or that doesn't matter?




I did remember last time when I set up HEM3 when I did advanced install last time, I wasn't sure which to choose below when it gives you several options to choose importing hands or not, it is fine to choose

Also it is recommended to download all the poker clients first before installing HEM3? I only installed BCP and ACR now.


The thing is I cannot log into any of the sites at the moment due to traveling... stars and 888 and party. So I planned to install it later on. Could I still setup HEM3 this way? Then later on after installing those sites, it would be fine? Would want to test HEM3 on BCP and ACR now. However, I never set up BCP and ACR back with my old computer though with my HEM3 settings.

For importing the hud profiles from HEM3... when I click hud profile editor, then click on profile, this is done on my old pc right now I see for cash and tournament profiles.


When you click on the tournament profiles you want to export, the tournament profiles will be saved as something like this right in the folder?

One annoying issue I have is another tournament profile with a different hud setup is named just like Hud2 except it is in bold as in HUD2, thus capital letters. When I went to export that profile, it ask if i want to replace the Tournament- Hud2.hm3hud file which obviously I don't want to do. How do I rename the HUD2 profile? Seems like I cannot export these 2 different profiles because i named it the same a while back except one is capitalized.

I changed the Hud2 to another name. When I also went to export it... I notice that this file only was like 6kb only. But the other ones i posted above are like 200kb. I assume this is because this hud was the hud that i imported from HEM2 earlier so don't export this one?

It does not matter.


If you don't want any hands in the new database then choose the option to not import any hands.



You can install or set them up later.


Rename the existing file, so that you can export a different profile that has the same name.


I have no way to answer that without seeing screenshots of both HUDs and the actual files to try importing myself to see why one is bigger than the other.

Okay so i imported the 2 tournament hud from hm3 profile to the new computer and it shows it is imported. This is the main huds i use for tournament.


The other hud profiles that are in my hem3 on the old computer are


Cash - Default 2.0 HUD (HM2 Import)
Cash - Default 2.0 HUD (HM2 Import) 2


Tournament - Default 2.0 HUD (HM2 Import)
Tournament - Hud 2.0 Older - This one I renamed the existing file to this.



When looking at each of these hud profiles, I am pretty certain all of these were hud profiles used in HEM2 that I imported to HEM3.


I also am installing HEM2 on the new computer as well.


So If I want to also import the hud profiles from HEM2 on the old computer to the HEM2 on the new computer and also on HEM3 on new computer. First do it from HEM2 on old new to the new computer. Then just import the same hud profiles from HEM2 on the new computer to HEM3 on the new computer correct? Excuse me if i sound confusing with it.

I just played a couple hands and it is fine for me:




- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

I bought HM3 and the license/support for a year...that was maybe two years ago. Didnt use it the last year. If I want a new one year license...how much is it to get support for another year? Cant really figure that out on your homepage and when locked into my account. Says something about $95 but that cant be right, or?

How can I change the amount of time the HUD pop-up shows the last hand?

You have to pay for the lapsed time (and all the updates/fixes released during that time) to bring the Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan current, as well as pay for the next 12 months of updates. HUD Options > General Settings / General > Mucked Cards > Show for X seconds - Mucked cards will be displayed for this many seconds.

Is there any way to have HM3 stay on continuously? I often put my computer to sleep for an hr or two and when I return to my computer and try and click in HM it's frozen. A quick close and reopen fixes it, but I'd prefer not to have to do that
