I can't put this in the Custom bet settings for IP, it's highlighted with red.

33, 50, 75, 150, 300, A, 33c ,60c, 85c, 150c, Ac.

Without cbets it works fine.

The pdc options only apply to OOP on the turn/river.
They won't work for IP.

I have a pc that is offline and it says that it can't verify the gto+ license.
there is no way around it right? I need to get the pc online in order for it to work?

Not trying any funny business, I've paid for two licenses, just been moving and can't connect my work pc without buying wifi usb stick right now.
thanks

GTO+ would indeed need to connect to the internet.
This isn't something that is required often; roughly every month or so should be sufficient.

I've been getting this annoying thing recently where I set GTO+ to run computations, either in a file, or through the directory mode, and after a while I come back and GTO+ has just closed - no error message - and not saved anything. Often I have to sign in with my windows pin, so I guess my PC has gone to sleep, but I've set my PC never to sleep for this reason.

Anyone know what may be going on/ how to fix this? This is especially annoying because now I can only run solves for an hour or so at a time and can't just leave them overnight.

If you haven't already, please disable Windows auto-update; otherwise it will restart your computer in the "non-active" hours whenever it feels the need (even if you're using 100% CPU).
Other than that, please make sure that the drivers for your CPU and RAM are up-to-date (updating drivers is not a default setting in Windows Update; you may need to set it manually).
Should you be using custom BIOS settings, in particular overclocking your CPU or RAM, then disable this.

Make this toggle between Basic and Extensive storage.

Ok, I'll take care of that.

Add the ability to resolve all turn cards at once. I usually solve for 0.5% but want turn and river to be accurate to 0%; and the only way to do it is by selecting specific runout.

We have tried similar features, and, surprisingly, keeping the flop locked, and solving only the turn/river, leads to roughly the same solving time as just solving the entire tree.

Hi,

Windows asks me for administrator password when trying to launch the software. Is that expected, or did I do something wrong when installing? I work with a non-administrative user and like to give admin privileges to programs as rarely as I can.

This happens while also not overnight. I've never seen GTO+ exit, but I've come back after 1 hour in the middle of the day to find it exited so I'd imagine this isn't the issue. I'll make sure to disable that anyway.

My RAM is overclocked, but only by the manufacturer's design - it's GSkill ram which advertises overclocked speeds with settings that are preconfigured. Would this still cause issues do you think?

I just caught it. Looks like I'm getting BSOD errors. I can't quite figure out how to find out what the error was, but as soon as I do I'll let you know.

Yes, definitely disable overclocking.
Nearly all issues with unexplained crashes involve overclocking, custom BIOS settings (even ones that seem inconsequential) or RAM not working properly.

GTO+ does require admin priviliges. It's not strictly necessary for the functioning of the software, but when nót running as admin, in some cases support is required by users that's very difficult to provide for us. In the past we provided our software as non-admin, but in some cases, where the users did not have certain computer skills (not knowing how to navigate folders) certain problems were just unsolvable, or at the least very time consuming. We have tried different setups to get around this, but have found that running as admin is the most straightforward way around all issues.

The MemTest86 tool will catch any problem with the RAM by the way.

For an MTT, the first two "Stacks" fields are for OOP and IP (the blue and green field).

Below that are the non-active players.
For example, in the screenshot below, there's 3 players with a 1500 stack, and 4 with an 800 stack.

The prize structure is similar.
Just enter first, second, etc prize.
If a prize occurs multiple times (for example, 222 occurs twice, 40 occurs 3 times), then enter the number in the # column).

See the screenshot below (this is just a random player pool and prize pool that we used in testing).

Can you please let me know if there's anything where we would need to provide further clarification?
We can make a video, but I'd need to know which parts to focus on.

Such a feature is currently not available. We'd be happy to offer it, and importing a hand history is technically not very difficult. However, there isn't much information that can be read from a hand history. It only tells us the board, stacks and pot. It doesn't tell us which ranges to apply, or which tree to build. In the end, a feature like this would only have a limited use.

Just found how the hand categories look in another solver, it would be nice to have something similar in GTO+. More main categories and then subcategories to them. And also showing category % of the range near them; just make it switchable between combos and % like in Flopzilla.

Ok, I will consider it for future releases.
As for % vs combos, this is already available.
For this, use the tab in the editor.

Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling to a different directory?
This will reset your installation.
