It's probably best to use GTO+ for this, given that this is where most of our development is focussed. Check the distribution in the table to see which actions are recommended for each hand.
It's also possible to play against the solution in order to gain a more intuitive understanding of the strategies.

In GTO there's no such thing as optimal bet sizes. Any bet size will perform almost identically to any other bet size. You can check this for yourself by creating the same tree, but for different bet sizes. After that, check OOP's overall performance (the EV below the table in his very first decision). As you'll notice, his overall performance will be almost identical, regardless of which bet size is used.
