Running pop report and noticed that sometimes the hand will be blank even though I have imported the HH from Bovada, and can see all hole cards in the replayer.

DO We have following stats

1. After 3bet skip flop c bet & C/Fold flop oop%

2. After 3bet skip flop c bet & C/Call flop & C/Fold turn oop%

DH1 keys will not work in DH2. DH2 is a different product, and it's not for sale or registration yet.

The population report is cached, so if you imported info after running it, then it will not display. Try closing DH2 and then re-running it. If it's still not working, send a log please from the support icon. ty.

2) Yes. Type in Check flop as PFR in the search and you'll find it.

neither drivehud1 or 2 are connecting to the license server right now... is this a temporary problem? or what can I do to solve it?

There's x/f flop when 3-betting OOP which is essentially the same thing (the 3-bet applies to preflop). Stat creation is disabled right now in DH2 as they are re-working some of the parameters based on feedback.

DH2 trial are automatically renewed. There's nothing you need to do.

SO YOU CAN'T REGISTER DH2, resetting keys works but is pointless according to this forum but your guy ED told me I could do it. (then where is the new key?- not my account page)
AND I cannot get my DH1 database imported? or can I? I can't find anything of use on DH's crappy website.
I am sorry, this support is CRAP if EVERY TIME I UPDATE KEY OR DATABASE IT FAILS. EVERY YR IT IS THE SAME SONG and dance. how tf do you update the GD SOFTWARE. IT SAYS NOWHERE HERE AND NOWHERE ON YOUR GD WEBSITE.

sorry for the frustration, but I have no ability to register or import in DH2 and I see most of these posts are for DH1 which works fine now. Do you need to uninstall it before you can use DH2? I just wasted 2 hrs trying to figure this out, when ZERO TIME should have been necessary if there was any sort of real FAQ/help page.

Support already alerted me about your support tix. You're being assisted via email, and there's been multiple people helping you. When you first install DH2 and load it, it explains what you need to do, but I think you closed that box w/o reading it. You can't register DH2 with a DH1 serial. DH2 is public BETA. It's not officially released, so all documentation on it is in the forums or tutorial videos. The DH2 beta announcement blog on our site also explains this.

I got more detailed feedback on this issue from development today, and you need to run a stats rebuild. That's why not all hole cards are showing in the population report. Ignition is the only site where you can import data on top of existing data, so in order to show all of that new data you need to rebuild. Currently, it will show all opponent hole cards in other reports and the hand replayer, but not in the population report because the cache would need to be rebuilt.

If you click on the config / gear icon in DH2 at the top right, and then go to the database tab, you have to stop your HUD and then run the stats rebuild. It will take a little time depending on your database size.

I thought I did the stats rebuild with one of the last updates per your post.

IDK. I just reinstalled DH2 and, seemingly just like last time, it says buy, register, ok. So what do I do to get my DH1 database and make this useful when registering my keys does nothing?

Is there a clean uninstall to get back the original message? I have no instructions.

The problem isn't mine- it IS YOUR SUPPORT. POOR COMMUNICATION- always a disaster.

To do a population report with all the opponent hole card data you need to rebuild the hands. Like I was saying in the previous post, this only applies to Ignition, since it's the only site that you can capture real time data, and then later import additional data. To see hole cards in replayer for example, this is not needed. It's only if you want to run a population report and have all the opponent hand data included.

I read all of the back and forth, because if a customer starts yelling at my staff, I ask them to tell me. I'm going to ask you kindly to please shift your tone because people have been very responsive and provided instruction to you.

DH2 is beta. It is NOT for sale. You don't have to install it. If you want to beta test it, you install and click TRY, which will then run the trial.

On FIRST load of DH2, it will prompt and ask you if you want to import your DH1 data (if it exists). If you want to do this, you click YES. If you didn't click or read this and you bypassed it, then you need to uninstall DH2 completely (and I'd recommend using something like Revo uninstaller so it wipes all files), and then re-install.

We sent out e-mails to all customers 4 months ago with this information as well. We have a presence on 2+2 and all major poker forums and address any questions of concerns to our kind and supportive customers.

So idk what happened, but it worked after second wipe with revo and now does auto-import as you said.

Sorry for taking you into the twilight zone, perhaps I skipped and am primed for a freakout today. Now that I can see a database, this looks more like the competitor that HM2/pt4 have not had. Hopefully, the HUD is working well.
