The problem isn't mine- it IS YOUR SUPPORT. POOR COMMUNICATION- always a disaster.
I read all of the back and forth, because if a customer starts yelling at my staff, I ask them to tell me. I'm going to ask you kindly to please shift your tone because people have been very responsive and provided instruction to you.
DH2 is beta. It is NOT for sale. You don't have to install it. If you want to beta test it, you install and click TRY, which will then run the trial.
On FIRST load of DH2, it will prompt and ask you if you want to import your DH1 data (if it exists). If you want to do this, you click YES. If you didn't click or read this and you bypassed it, then you need to uninstall DH2 completely (and I'd recommend using something like Revo uninstaller so it wipes all files), and then re-install.
