On DH2 I'm trying to find the vs hero stats in the HUD that is advertised on the website but it doesn't seem to be an option anywhere. Is that rolled out for the beta yet or I could be looking in the wrong section of the software?

Yeah, I've attempted to uninstall and then download a previous version multiple times. The uninstall aspect seems to work, but no matter what link I download a previous version from it continues to say that I'm on this newest version and that seems to be the case seeing as how the Player X-Ray notes are still attached to the HUDs each time. I'd also expect this white HUD stat issue to be corrected if I was able to revert to a previous version, but the issue remained each time.

Yw... I'll let you know what they say. If you don't have any unique data in DH2, then you can do a complete uninstall of it using revo or a similar uninstaller and then re-install w/ an older version. That will work for sure. But if you have some unique data from DH1, then just hold tight and I'll let you know as soon as I hear back from someone.

In the HUD tab, if you right click on any stat you have in your HUD in the selected stats section, there's an option - vs. hero stats. Just check it to enable and then it will display in your HUD. You can also select this by right clicking any custom pop-up menu you created and enabling the same option.

I am getting an error that my trial has expired on DH2. Is it no longer in public Beta? If it is how can I get this resolved?

It's still public beta. Contact support and they can extend your trial. I know all active trials are being extended tomorrow as well, but you can get an instant extension by just emailing support.

whats the sched for the auto trial extend? do you guys do it once a week or a month?

Would a complete uninstall require me to move my current database outside of the DH2 files and then import it all again or would I just be able to place the database file back in the DH2 files upon reinstalling?

I would probably prefer not to go through that import process again if you think a fix for these current issues will get put out in the next couple of days. If the fix is expected to take a while then I might be willing to attempt it just to be able to get my HUD back to usable state.

Yeah, so just move your database folder somewhere outside of the drivehud folder, and your layoutsv2 (although it sounds like you'll need to delete this any ways) and then uninstall DH2 completely. Then re-install DH2 (older version) and copy your database folder (replacing the new one).

I think you had to do something w/ your DH1 custom HUDs to get them working correct? I may have to check in on this.

There were a few things that had to be done on the development side to get my custom DH1 HUDs compatible with DH2, but I don't remember if anything unique had to be done on my end to get them to work.

I don't mind waiting another day for a version with a fix rather than potentially screwing something up in the uninstall/reinstall/download and replace files process, but I don't mind attempting it if you think it's still going to be a few days.

Do you think sending my current layouts file over to support via email would be of any help in resolving the issue?

If you can, go ahead and send it. It won't hurt.

Do you have a list of commands/code or tutorial for the stat/filter create feature in DH2? I want to learn how to use this feature.

Not officially posted yet. There will be a list plus video tutorial soon. We're just waiting on a few last things in beta before more content is done. Right now, if you give it a try and start typing commands, it's pretty intuitive how the structure works.

Hey Hertz,

Not by default.

You'll want to go to the HUD designer screen and choose the HUD you use at the tables by selecting the Table Layout and HUD Name.

After that you'll want to find the HUD filters. They are found in the HUD designer screen's gear icon close to where it says Selected Stats.

From there you can select if the data displayed is from all tables(default) or just from specific table sizes(6max, 9max, etc.).

You can also filter the data for the number of players that started the hand, from 2-10 or anywhere in-between.

Make sure to save the HUD changes after you're done.

Could you please make sure they look into the ability to disable Player X-Ray? I have autonotes disabled and I keep deleting them all, but Player X-Ray has a mind of its own and keeps writing them anyway.

I'd prefer to customize my own parameters for the notes before using it, otherwise the list just gets a little too long for my liking.

Yeah, I understand... you can also just delete all of the x-ray note profiles as a temp solution for now. I did let the development team know about this, and they are tackling the issues as they can.

What privacy guarantee exists with this software? For example, it seems like your technical team is able to track certain things on the computer, as I have contacted support in the past and they revealed they knew certain aspects of the software and how I have it set up among other things.

What does the software track?

Nothing on your system is tracked besides some commands that DH executes, and writes to log. And all of those logs are available locally on your system under the log directory. Support can only see what happened w/ DH on your system when you submit a log from the support form. Otherwise, it can't even see the log files. You have to initiate and submit those for support to see them.
