Just installed DH on new laptop, have not used for a while but have a licence from last year (04/2020). Want to use with PPP, but cant get it to activate. Even paid $9.99 to "renew" licence?

Even signing up for the "trial" with new email does not work.

Any advice please?

hi im having an issue w/ the hand replayer on your software, the blinds arent included and it makes it very difficult to calculate the real size of the pot i am betting on each street. plzz help

The blinds should always been shown in the re-player. I've never seen them not be shown before. What site are you playing on? It also says the pot size, and pot odds on the table in the hand re-player, so it should be extremely easy to determine the size and how much you're betting.

its on acr in there no limit hold em on demand turbos, bigger field tournaments have no problem. i figured that much out after i posted.

the sb and bb dont show up on table or the pot, if i were to go all in the bb or sb is left in my stack, and if i complete a call from the bb it will show what i called, but the bb and sb itself is missing from the equation. As if i had never posted. antes however are in pot.

No, it works fine on Ignition. Do you have ignition enabled in site settings in Drivehud? Config button - site settings. Also maybe just shut everything down. Load Drivehud first and then ignition.

It's not DH... I'm guessing you're running multi-tabling software as well correct? It's creating a conflict.

I've tried restarting the PC, then just opening DH and BOL and it still would crash BOL

re-install BOL and maybe DH as well. There's probably some resource file missing... make sure you have a safe exception added for DH to your virus scanner also.

You can create a filter that only has PLO data and save and load it. And visa versa.

How do I set up situations like BTN vs BB in the Population Report? I want to know what *other* players did when they were BTN and got 3bet by the BB. When I go into "filters" it seems like I have to set up situations with "Hero" vs opponents. Please help.

No, it still works. Anytime your site has an update, you need to close Drivehud, and after the update is complete, close the poker client, re-open Drivehud, and then launch your client again.
