1: Open opacity settings on desired hud. Click ok.
2: Verify opacity changed.
3: Click check mark in top right (opacity reverts to normal after clicking)
4: Click okay in dialog. Settings aren't saved

I havnt got any reply yet,and as i already missed my 1st session because of the issue, i tried to renew again but the same problem that liscence expired comes when i register it. So please fix this and let me know how we do the refund of this extra purchase i did.

When at a real table right click on and drag the item you want to move to your desired position. After you have everything positioned to your liking right click the DriveHUD icon at the top of the table and left click Save HUD Position.

Are you sure you contacted support? Sometimes people e-mail no-reply and think they are contacting support, because every ticket to support is answered, and usually within a few hours. We did have someone sick yesterday so a time shift was missed, but that's only a few hours. PM me your email address and I'll look it up.

I understand this and did that to set their position relative to the seats. If you look at the image I linked to, the one seat has the two stat bars superimposed on top of each other. You can drag the overall HUD setup to different areas, but there's no way to unlink the two bars that are on top of each other (only in the seat to my right).

You should be able to move each item individually by dragging them with a right click. A left click on any part will move each item associated with a player. If right clicking and dragging is moving both items then it's definitely an issue that needs to be brought to the attention of support.

I couldn't re-produce that, but then realized you were changing it in a way I don't think most people do. it seems it doesn't save it if you change opacity in designer mode, just don't enter in designer mode, select HUD -> change opacity (from the config button at the bottom) -> save. I'll talk w/ the devs about addressing this. ty.

I just pulled up a table and of course everything is in the appropriate spot today. Last night, I spent two hours of messing with it and never got it to work. I'll try the right click and drag method when it happens again. Thanks for the help!

There's two drag options. Left click and drag, and move all the HUD elements together. Right click and drag, and move individual panels. So I'd recommend opening one table, positioning the HUD how you want it, and then saving the position from the drivehud icon at the top middle of the table. From that point on it will load where you want it.

Just fyi moldman, the knowledge base articles on our website are highly searchable. We had someone do a lot of custom coding to ensure that most things you enter in that search, you'll get a relevant article to help you. If you put, position HUD or move hud, you'd get an article explaining about how to drag and position your HUD properly. Just so you know if you get stuck on anything in the future, it's a handy resource.

They don't provide this data in real time anymore. A cool feature of Drivehud is you can download your hands after you play on Ignition, and import those hands, and it will fill in all of the missing hole card data from your opponents to your current hands (no duplicates). But there's not a way to say flash what the mucked cards are after the fact. If there were, we'd definitely do it.

I had an error on my PC and after talking to Dell they concluded I had to re-set the computer and start it over as if I just got the computer. So after this I re-installed DriveHud and my emulator. I play on PokerBros. But now DriveHud is not popping up anymore. I did the same thing as I did before that made it work but I'm assuming it has something to do with the Asian Hand Converter. I put in the serial key for my subscription and it says I am good but my hud is no longer tracking hands on PokerBros. Please help

You are using the asian hand converter that's integrated in Drivehud correct?

I'm also assuming by not popping up you mean the HUD isn't? Not that drivehud isn't loading? I need some more details, and you should probably send a log from the support icon in Drivehud. It's the easiest and fastest way to know what's going on.

I sent a log just now. But yes I am running the Asian Hand converter that's integrated in DriveHud and my HUD is not popping up at any tables.

Ok, cool. Do you have it resolved now?

Shut everything down. Make sure you have Drivehud open and running first before you load up your emulator and site. If all else fails, send a log to support from the support icon in drivehud and they can tell you what's wrong.

FD, trial period has ended. Purchased Pro Version and downloaded. Cannot find where the serial key would be as there was no pop up window on no information under account/serial keys. Live Chat by LiveAgent no help at all as I have been waiting for a period of time of 1/2 half and longer.

Could it be that my asian converter trial is over?
or is it built in?

Is there a way to access the archive of hands that DH stores?

I'm trying to export some Chico hands so I can import them into HM3. HM3 is only importing the first 20 hands of each exported files and I have opened a support ticket with their team. Here is the latest message they sent me:

"Try importing the original hands to HM3 from the DriveHUD archive folder of original hands. I do not know the specific location of the DH archive folder. You will need to check the DH settings or ask the DH support where the original hands get archived.

If you continue to have problems importing the originally grabbed hands then zip/attach a sample of those hands that were originally grabbed by DH without having been exported from DH."

After purchase you're sent to a screen with that info, and it's e-mailed to you. If you're not seeing it for some reason, check your junk / spam folder. You spoke to someone in live chat and didn't get your serial? Or you sent a message? I assume you have it now, but if you need help PM me your e-mail and I'll look it up.

Also there's on option on site to have your serial keys emailed to you again.

Yes, but not for chico network because they don't provide hand histories. They are created by Drivehud and formatted as ipoker. I don't know about latest hm3 import status beyond that they changed their ipoker format. PM me with the details of the versions you have, and I'll see what I can do.

Could be... trial is 7 days for the converter. You can go to the apps tab -> installed apps and open it and you'll know for sure.
