Yes, it's close. We got a bit behind because the person who would normally make the dev team aware of the update was sick yesterday. So they didn't start working on it until early this morning. I'm estimating it will be fixed tomorrow. It's not an easy fix. They added several more layers of encryption. I'll post it in here and our forums when it's ready.

Anyone use DriveHud + Parallels for Mac? I've already purchased Parallels and DriveHud but keep getting this message. I don't need to buy Windows also do I?

Am I able to export bovada HHs from my PT4 database and import in DriveHud or is there a formatting restriction? Can I do the opposite and export from DH into PT4?

I believe my current hand grabber classifies hands as ipoker,does that matter?

Anyone having problems with the new ACR update? I can't seem to get the HUD working although hands are being tracked into my database as normal.

Do you offer making custom stats? Or a coaching session or something on how to make custom stats? There are some stats I want that can't be found on the existing list.

Yes, just right click on the overall report and select export to 3rd party app. There's no formatting restriction. It exports as an ipoker format. That will import into most other apps. As far as from pt to DH, the best way is to import from pt's archive folder into Drivehud.

I'd need to see some advanced logs. You can send them from the support icon in drivehud. Just tried it and it's working fine for me.

This version will be a bit quicker if you're on a 64-bit system and be more resource intelligent as well.

I assumed you were talking about blitz, but maybe not. If it is blitz let me know. The dev team came up with a new solution that seems to be working for people who were having an issue. I'm just going to post it here as alpha for those on ACR.

Your HUD works on the Blitz ACR tables? How are you able to have a HUD of current players on the table but HEM/PT arent able to?

Is there a tutorial on how to set the program up. I just downloaded it and imported my hands(Only like 60 hands ported over). I selected my name in the drop down. No HUD is popping up,not all the hands were ported over. Tried to look on your website, no information and no one responding in the live chat option on your website.

Yes, it works on Blitz ACR tables. I can't answer your second question.

As far as importing from your previous database, it's easiest to point drivehud to your previous databases hand history archive folder. If you let me know what you're using and you're unsure how to do this I can explain in more detail.

Hey I need your help, for some reason my poker hands stopped updating in the dashboard in real time, in order to get any new ones i have played to show up on the dash board i have to shut drive hud down totally and relaunch it.


Im playing Blitz on Americas card room and im pretty sure it was updating hands to the dash in real time the first day i was using it.


Any ideas what the problem may be?


on ACR settings my "save hand destination folder" is C:\AmericasCardroom/handHistory

and in drive hud under site settings i have AmericasCardroom selected in the drop down menu with the green box showing next to activate/ deactivate

and then under hand history location i have C:\AmericasCardroom\handHistory with Enable Blitz checked


Also second side node is there a way in drive hud to click on a hand in dashboard go to replayer get the opponents name and add a note? If not is there a way to do it on ACR itself? I still have ACR hand replayer open with the hand and the name of the guy i want to put a note on but cant figure out how, obviously its blitz so he was off my table before i could note the ctazy thing he did

It won't update in real time. You can right click on any report and select refresh and then it will update.

Is this still only 1 hand at the time?
I use Hand2Note as my main analysis tool but would use DriveHud on Bovada.

Can I convert DriveHud database to standard format in order to use in Hand2Note( or PT4).

I always import all my sessions to Pokersnowie and then review errors thus doing one hand at the time is not an option

I installed DriveHUD and tried to add my hands from database but instead of 13000 hands it only shows 3800.
Hands are from ACR and Ignition. I imported from Hand2Note database
