Just downloaded the new NEW DriveHUD update.

Hands are loading correctly into the Database but no HUD stats are being displayed. Anyone else having this problem?

Does the location and the "Move Processed Files to" part have to be the same?

No. You don't want to your processed files to go into the same location, or even same sub as your poker site. I'd move that to the default location that it was, or a drivehud folder. Anywhere else.

Did you start and stop the hud after you enabled blitz or open and closed drivehud?

I got it working on one table but not the other. How do I find out where the default location is?

Your default location varies, but it will be something like this. But like I said, you couldn't put it anywhere, just wouldn't recommend the poker site dir.

I'm on drivehud trial and it seem to work well on Finnish poker site Veikkaus which runs on ipoker client. It works perfect on NLHE and 4 card omaha tables but doesn't seem to work for 5 card omaha. As what i have understood, 5 card omaha hud does work for ipoker on william hill? I guess that william hill hand history files should be almost same as Finnish Veikkaus but there might be some minor difference that prevents it from working on Veikkaus aswell.

I just wanted to ask that could you possibly try to make it work for Veikkaus 5 card omaha if it's an easy fix and if i send you the hand history files? Also how can i send hand history files as the support form doesn't seem to have option for that?

If it's ipoker it should work. Can you right click on a few hands in the HH grid and select export as raw HH and send those to support please? I can have a developer take a look at what's different. Because as far as I know there's full 5 card omaha support for ipoker and all sites.

omaha5 hands won't import so i can't right click them on HH grid. Should i just copypaste from .xml file to support form message box or is it possible to attach it as file on the support form?

That's really strange that they wouldn't import as 4 card either. Yeah, if you know the original file location - it should be the one above you just pasted. Send that .xml file to support and I'll have someone look into it. ty.

Are the ignition hhs that you download post session (revealing all hands) supported as an import?

Hi, I just sent a message inside the software but maybe someone has ideas. I can't get blitz hud to work at all, hands seem to import(still looks like maybe half of them) but nothing never comes up on the tables.

Simple question for the gurus out there but how do I find my standard deviation in DriveHUD?

Yes, correct. You just import them from the import menu in Drivehud.
