I see. I was wondering because when i go to app>huds and choose commercial pro HUD, no HUD shows in the HUD store.

When we want to save ranges in dh on page where it shows UTG,UTG+1,UTG+2 and so on , we click > save and then it says to enter chart name,which is ok .
But after that when we close and want to see say open ranges all those top tabs of UTG,UTG1,UTG2 .......BB that doesnt work .
We have to open by > select hand chart .

So whats the use of those tabs and how can we use it effectively ?

Once we saved cant we just click those tabs and check our respective ranges ?

You can see all of those ranges when you click on the tabs, but I think there's an issue w/ viewing BB and maybe that's why you're confused. I'm going to have someone check this.

Sorry, I can't understand what the issue is. I've tried to re-read what you wrote several times.

You have to select the saved hand chart, and then the tabs to see the hand chart you created. Maybe if you can try again one more time, I'll do my best. I want to help of course, I'm just confused what the problem is.

I got it now , what actually i thought once we already have saved ranges in DH2 we can open directly by clicking tabs .
But now as you said we have to select the saved hand chart first every time only then we can open our ranges.

I see that it downloaded all the hands from my Chico DB but it won't show any Ignition Hands played since 4/21/21.
