I located the email receipt from when I purchased XRay back in April and used the serial number assigned to it to plug into my XRay under "register". It looks as if it's up and running again but if it's not and I have further issues, I'll pm you my email address so you can find the appropriate serial number and find out what's going on with my account.

Drivehud doesn't support blitz. It would have been nice to know that before I started.

From what was previously said making it so Blitz is doable is possible. They were waiting until Blitz seemed like it was going to stick around. Issues aside Blitz seems like it’s here to stay. So is there any chance that happens in the near future?

Yes, it will track blitz now. A HUD with blitz is coming.

Hello FreakDaddy, I've been using DriveHud (now version 1.6.6.3167) and PPPoker Hand Catcher (1.0.18.214) and I have several questions and issues happening, could you help me?

I've been playing 100% of the time 8h+ hours a day on PPPoker, multitabling 5 "standard" pppoker softwares + 3 KOPlayer emulator.
95% of the time I play PLO 5card and 5% I play standard 4 card PLO.

Sorry for the massive post, but I use your software all day lots of hours a day and I'd like to get most of it.


So a few questions.

1) Is it OK to "ghost" some tables to get stats? Lets say I'm playing 3 tables, but I open other 5 just to get stats on other players. It seems to be working.

2) Does the stats add one to another when same player is in two tables? Lets say Player A is playing against me on 2 tables, HUD says on table 1 that I have 170 hands on him, and table 2 that I have 165 or smething like that. Are they adding the infos to each other after the session?

3) Does the DriveHUD software have Total EV or something like that? I found $EV Diff. But I would to know just the EV in total.

4) Is there a way to check the table for review? Lets say I played 3 accounts for 1 hour, but in one account I switched table, so in total I played 4 different tables in this session. How was I in each one of those tables?

5) Is there a bet vs missed cbet flop?
6) Is there a bet oop on turn vs missed cbet on flop?

7) Does the Leak Buster work on 5 card?

8) How can I find general population stats or filter winning players and check stats or something like that? So I can find what would be close to optimal stats. Would that be just with leak busters?




Those were some general questions that I had.
Now I've been having some bugs and issues with the software and it is kinda of a pain sometimes.

9) For instance, after some long sessions of intense use. The stats seems to be all mixed up, for instance I don't like Hero Hud, but after a while I see my own hud in a different seat and stats from weird players that aren't in the table in the hud.

10) Massive bug I found in the Filter section. Like I said I play mostly 5card PLO, but when I filter Overcard+Flushdraw it seems to be filtering like it was holdem! For example, lets say I have AAxxx with just one ace of spades, and the flop comes like 3 spades. It counts as overpair+flushdraw.

11) I found that when player A limps, someone raises and he raises (basically limp-raise). I thought that would cound as 3 bet. But it seems to not increase the 3bet number.

12) The $EV Diff seems to be getting wrong number, specially in run it twice or 3 times situation. Last night I had 80% on the turn and we ran it two times, and we split. The $EV was massive negative, shouldn't it be positive? The result was that I lost like a few chips because of the rake, but EV should be positive right?

13) Pretty much everyday at least 3 or 4 times a day I have to restart PPPoker Hand Catcher and DriveHud because of bugs, like stats displaying on pppoker software even after the session is finished and i'm in the lobby (hud continues forever if I don't close the softwares), is there a way to prevent it?

1) I think you mean observe, so the answer is yes.
2) Yes, this info will combine at the end of session for that user.
3) It has it in graph form at the top of your screen.
4) Not that I can think of. Everything will be stored as one session. You can review all of the hands for just that session, but they are not broken down by table.
5 & 6) yes. I'd recommend just typing in one of the main words into the search function on the hud page and you'll be able to narrow down stats easier.
7) No.
8) You can run a population report in DH. There will be an overall stat and also stats broken down by player type. Leak Buster also functions like this, but has all of the data available quickly.

12. We don't support run it twice or 3 times (yet). This is just about complete though from what I understand.
13. It seems catcher doesn't handle the situation when table is closed because session is over (it handles the case when user manually exists the table). I'm going to have someone check this out.

I'm trying to run a analysis report on population tendency.


I tried to create some new player types but it seems to no be working, since I play 5card PLO the standard player types/stats won't be usefull for me. I created a new player types in the hud section but it just won't go to the report dashboard. I saved, imported, tried in different HUDs, saved in the headsup hud, 9max hud, 6max hud, but the report still will just show the standard player types.

Let's say I create several "player types", a player can be in two different cattegories? For example one isolated category for people with high AGG% and one cattegory with vpip <50% (or whatever). Can the player be in those two cattegory in the same time?

Can I filter all players with > 100 hands and have above $1 in winnings?

I know it doesn't support running 3 times, but showing negative EV in this spot is sick
we ran 3 times, I lost 2. It is dropping my report like crazy

Can I open PPPoker Card Catcher and open 3 tables in the same window/pppoker but some running background or it would just grab the main table?

I think it may be having an issue w/ 5 card PLO in that report, because 5 card was fairly recently added, and I'm not sure the report is filtering properly. I'm having a dev look into this and verify.

We have run it twice and 3x already done by a dev. So I'm pretty sure it will be in the next build once it's tested.

As far as running 3 tables with pppoker, yes. You can either do it with their app native, or with an emulator. I recommend using an emulator - KOplayer.

Any plans to add DriveHUD support for 9stacks (an Indian poker site)?

No, not at this time. We looked at it sometime back, and it's not an easy add, and I don't think they want HUDs. Drivehud does support Adda52, **********, Pokerstars.in and The Spartan poker as far as Indian poker sites.

There is an error in the hand history for 6+. The hand history will report BTN position as BB, CO as SB, HJ as BTN... (due to the different game format with double ante in BTN)

Which site is that for? If you can send a log to support from the support icon in Drivehud this would be helpful. I know they accounted for antes in 6+, but I don't know about double ante on every site.

Poker King or Pokerstars both have the same problem. 6+ always plays with double ante on the BTN so I guess the software mistakes it as BB.

What version of Drivehud do you have right now please?

Is there a way to have a different/specific hero hud?
