Yes, I meant to state this in the update message. In site settings, you need to enable fast fold poker for ACR or whatever WPN site you're playing on. I'd stop the auto import (click stop on the hud tab, and then start it again also). If you're still having an issue, please send a log from the support icon in Drivehud and I'll have a dev take a look at it.

It ran pretty good. It fell behind a few hands here and there. I’m playing on a 2gb RAM laptop so it could be my computer. I’m going to get a new laptop this week. I need one anyway.

I was using drivehud for blitz a little bit yesterday and today. It seems to be working about half the time for me. Sometimes it'll update the hud instantly and then Ill fast fold a few hands and the hud doesn't update. Then randomly it'll work again, I thought maybe because I didn't have previous hands for the players at the new table but I started to notice names I had stats on that did not update. I have blitz enabled in site settings so I'm assuming this is working at its best. I'm sure its hard to get this software to work perfectly with a fast fold poker but is there any advice you have that would make the software more consistent? I tried slowing down my fast folds but that only seemed to work for a little while. Thanks for the help.

No, there's nothing to do. It was just released yesterday as beta. But this is how it works in general. If you fold, hands are still being played in the background and then they will not update in your database until the hand is complete. So if you're playing a lot of tables and folding super fast, there will be several hands still being played, and you won't see data on someone until a hand is complete for them. This is how all fast fold poker sites work. Pokerstars, etc...

I think once you build more hands for the players, you'll see the hud more consistently, but if no data exists, you won't see any info.

But like I said, it's beta still. If you want to send in a log from the support icon in Drivehud, I can have a dev make sure something else isn't going on.

I'm definitely doing something wrong because the stats aren't coming up.

I play on True Poker so I went to Site Settings in Drive HUD:



I enable Blitz Poker.

I go on True Poker and find where my Hand Histories are stored:



Anything else I need to do?

*Edit* I just checked and the hands are being loaded into my Database but the HUD is not operational

Second Edit** Okay HUD is populating now how do I make the proper stats go over the proper person? They are correct but are not over the proper person.

I sent my log to help with the lagging behind issue. It’ll fall behind up to 5 or so hands then catch up. Definitely great having it even with that flaw. Good job DriveHUD! Glad I went with you guys and not PT4 or HEM.

Does anyone use Parallels to use DriveHud on a Mac? I am currently doing the 14 day trial and its working fine but I can't figure out which version to buy? Any help is much appreciated! Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback, but when you say falling behind 5 hands, how do you know when the hands you folded are complete? Like I was saying a few posts above, with blitz, after you fast fold the hand is still played, and the data doesn't update until the hand is completed.

I'll have someone take a look at the log. Thanks.

Which version of parallels to buy? I think 11 and up is fine.

Just fyi, it's a 30 day trial.

That is correct. Once I fold a hand and new players populate the table the HUDs displayed are from the players from the previous hands at that table and not the new table. Other than that it runs fine.

Yeah, didn't word it properly. It seems like one option is to buy one license($79) and another option is to do a deal that renews yearly($99)? Does that sound right? Someone told me it was cheaper than this. Are there discount codes available?

Ok, then send a log for sure. I haven't seen this, and we haven't seen this in testing. If we see a log we can tell if it's just because the seating position is off or there's some lag, etc... thanks.

We don't have any license at that price. The pricing is right on the site though. Pricing goes from $9 - $59 depending on stakes, and yearly renewal is $5-$10/yr, again depending on stakes. That includes support + updates.

Maybe I should send in a log report?

Fyi, we did find an issue/bug with the beta blitz support. I'll post up a fix for this later today when we're done testing.

^i just downloaded and installed this new beta version (.3201) and it has zero hands displayed for my alias, yet still has my custom HUD profiles saved. i'm pretty sure i have access to a backup, but did this thing seriously just wipe my entire database upon install?

so this is confusing. my laptop has been out of commission waiting for a couple new parts the past few weeks, and i just got it back today. so i installed this new beta update and like i said, it's displaying zero hands in my database. but when i go to C:/users/(user)/appdata/roaming/drivehud, there is a file "drivehud.db" whose size is 900MB and was last modified on october 10th. so it's still sitting there, but why isn't the new version recognizing it?

edit: ok so tl;dr i'm a moron or something, disregard all this. i guess there was some tab down at the bottom of the dashboard that was trying to only display hands from the month, and clicking "clear filters" up at the top apparently didn't do anything to remove it. since i had zero hands for the month on this machine, it looked like everything was empty. all good now.
