After you updated the time zone offset, did you stop the HUD or close and re-open Drivehud? I know you have to do this in order for it to apply those settings.

I have tried several offsets using these steps... Opened drive hud, Went to settings, changed the offset, pressed apply then ok, shut down drive hud, restarted my computer, opened drive hud, and in the settings it shows that the offset has changed, but no matter what I change it to or what it shows, its still shows time stamps that are 4hrs ahead of my time... tried 4 or 5 different offsets (0,-1,-2,-3,-4,-5)

no matter what it shows in the setting, even after I have restarted the program AND my computer, I start playing again and the times it catches are wrong.

Like I have said, I have experienced this problem before and have used the offset function and witnessed it change ALL the time stamps (even hands that I have already played) but it seems like the function does not work at all for me now.

Ok, send a log from the support icon in Drivehud and we'll check it out for you and see what's going on.

i am not sure really ..i just know i have seen a card catcher out there for coinpoker

DH may not be able to do this and if may have been requested before but is there a way that DH can give us the option for ignition/bovada to auto timebank? i know that the catcher that ace has does and other addon software can do this ..thanks

It's not something we're going to add simply because it's a whole separate tool to maintain w/ each update. Adding features like that we'd need to increase the pricing.

Fyi I think this was some recent bug w/ a few sites. I'm told it was fixed so it will be in the next build.

You need to update. This was fixed a couple of versions ago. I'd install the latest one above. This also has the ignition import update, which is an awesome update if you're playing on there.

I couldn't edit the previous post in time but wanted to point out that on Ignition / Bodog, when you run a the HUD and track hands, you can now download your hands manually also and import them. Drivehud will fill in the missing hole card data for your import so you'll have full population tendency reports and all hands in the re-player:

No converter needed. Just download them from ignition, import them into Drivehud (from the import drop down menu - top right).

Zone, regular cash games, MTT's, S&G's, Omaha, etc... everything.

What happens if I get hand histories from another player to import? Do they go to population stats or do they mess up my stats?

You import hands someone else gave you for ignition? I think because hero is listed as a different player on an anonymous table it will just import as a different hand.

I haven't, but I see the value in sharing HHs to get better population data.

Hey, so I tried to do the import thing to see the hole cards in the replayer etc, but it didn't seem to work properly. I did import>import from file>chose where my converter says original hands go, and then it imported something, but no hole cards showing

I see people posting YouTube videos of hand replays from PT4. Is this possible with Drive?
