It does for all other asian HH sites. I'd contact HM2 about that. The catcher only writes hands, and that data is put into HM2.

Hello, I'm trying to use both ignition card catcher and bet online card catcher at the same time. However, hand histories for bet online are not being created in the chicohandhistories folder, they are in the handhistories folder.

PT4 is setup for chico properly as far as i can tell. Right now both sites are importing under ipoker.

PT4 v4.15.20 and bol catcher v.1.04.6

I'm sure I'm missing something, if you could help me out?

There's no automatic renewal. I hate those, even if they make more business sense. You'll know when you're close to renewal and then you send payment from the app if you want to renew.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of it as a customer. I know it makes more business sense to do, and some people even prefer it. We may offer it as an option at some point.

I'm using the trial version for Betonline and thinking about buying at the end of the test, but you are or with a mistake, when I open an MTT the stats appear and everything goes well but when I change tables, the same stats as the previous table are frozen if you want having stats for the new table again I have to close and open the table and sometimes it doesn't work with this method. I'm using the HM3

What version of HM3 are you using? Can you click on settings in the catcher, click create log, and send that .zip file to support please? We just added hm3 support recently, so w/ new MTT's there could be an issue.

PT4 v4.15.21 and BOCC v1.04.6

Just started playing on BO, just bought BOCC, and haven't changed any settings in PT4 or CC. Have been using ICC with Iggy for a while with no issues.

All BO hands are being tracked but the HUD isn't working properly. It will only display six of nine players' stats and stats don't update from previous table when there's a table change. Also in PT4 under Chico settings it says "Chico does not appear to be installed" under Directories Configuration.

If all else fails you can send a log to support to look at your config. Click settings, create log and it will create a zip file you can send to support.

It might also be in site settings. If you're still stuck send a log and we can check it out for you.

Hi, for some reason after we updated PT4 most of the time the HUD does not show, but it still track the hands. Just want to ask if you have the download link of the the pt4 version before the latest? I also asked PT4 support here but no reply yet. It still works for HM3 without a problem though. thanks

We reinstalled both PT4 and the card catcher with a new installer and that seems to fix it. it working now. Is there a way to get the hands that wasn't captured by the card catcher?
