hi,

notecaddy seems not to work with the HH you are creating, also if I play pokerstars notecaddy is not importing/making notes anymore.

The hand histories don't have anything to do w/ NC. NC takes the data once it's imported into your database and then generates notes. You'll have to ask whichever database you're using about pokerstars as well. The betonline catcher just grabs hand data and creates a hand history. It doesn't have anything to do w/ your pokerstars setup.

After PT4 update , Card catcher tracks only 2 hands and then freezes , i also installed new version but still the same problem

same here, it seems as the file would be open for writing and unable for writing new hands (if you stop PT4 import and restart it will import the missing hands)

Yeah you need to close PT4 and stop import and then update. The latest update of the BOL catcher will work with the latest pt4 release.

The team already anticipated this update and had it out before they updated.

There is another update that addresses uncalled bets. It is posted as an auto update and I'll post the manual link here shortly.

I don't notice anything freezing but only 2 hands are being imported into Pokertracker 4, the first two hands played, and then no further imports. I'm using 1.04.5. It was working the other day with the new Pokertracker version 4.15.19 but then I noticed upon loading Pokertracker that sort of a soft update occurred within Pokertracker today when I started it up and only two hands are being imported now.
