Tried everything you said above. I assume you meant Asian Poker Clubs for output format? Here are screenshots of my current settings for both ACH and PT4.

Also, thank you for the quick response! Also submitted a support ticket to AHC

I was just told from support you're using an unsupported VPN. I think someone is walking you through some setup options, so I'll leave the discussion for in there, as I'm not as familiar w/ VPNs.

Resolved! For some reason just had to uninstall NORDVPN. But yep, you + the AHC team were incredibly helpful. So thanks to you both! Cheers.

You're asking Drivehud questions in the wrong support thread. When you import hands, you're only going to see the hands that you have your player ID for, or an alias created for. I'm not really sure what you're asking.

Several do, but we don't always go back and test different ones. I know HMA does, and Nordvpn. Depending on where you are and what country you're using, you have to try some of them to make sure first.

Hidemyass. Actually Nordvpn doesn't work in some countries now I was just told. But HMA seems to still work well.

I was playing at an anonymous table last night on pokerbros, and all of the stats reset while I had been seated at the table for 50 hands and no one had left. That was annoying. Any idea why that could happen? I don't have a log.

hello
i have a normally working asian hand converter, that however does not work in clubgg. i have clubgg enabled of course in the settings. it even finds clubgg and says "ready" . but when the game starts, the hud doesnt work

i AM using the desktop version of clubgg. and the hud (i use hm3) doesnt work although the asian hand converter app says to me "clubgg Ready"

some friends i have that also use hm3 with their asian hand converter, tell me that it works perfectly. that they didnt even need to do anything on their hm3. the hud just appeared....
