Some x-poker table setting do not allow PC or emulator. I presume asain hand convertor cannot overcome those restrictions, right?

x-poker right now, no. But we're checking into this. It can for pokerbros and some other sites.

Its still cheaper, thanks for letting us know. we will be getting more of the bundle when our AHC expire, It also gives me the reason to let other members of my group switch to DH

Correct. The best price is the AHC + DH yearly combo.

If i have a few days lefts on my license then i register a new serial key, do i keep the remaining days added to my time or will it use the license time of the new license?

If you renew, it will just add the new time to your existing license.

If you purchased a new one and didn't renew, then yes, it's best to wait until the current one expires.

It shouldn't miss any hands. Just make sure you have AHC loaded first and a stable internet connection. If you're missing hands for any reason, send a log to support to check what's going on w/ your setup. You can click settings in AHC, create log, and send the .zip file to support.

We have zero reports of dropped hands on pokerbros, so my first guess would be dropped connections.

Yes please do. Yeah I asked support and everyone in development yesterday, and they've not heard of one tix w/ this issue so we'd definitely need to see your logs.

You shouldn't have to do this though. You'll get a new coupon from within the app when your license gets close to expiring.
