CONVERTER Asian Hand Converter Support - Page 14 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I have the most updated version of PT4 (4.15.21) and of AHC (1.1.6.126) and AHC missed several hands during my session today. I manually checked the AHC generated HH files, and the missing hands simply don't exist. No errors, no nothing.

I have zero reports of hands being missed, so I'd need a log and more info. I'd click on settings in the converter, click create log. Send the .zip file to support and including some details on your system setup and PT version as you have above. A developer can take a look.

I downloaded the Windows 10 20H1 Update today, and since then the AHC takes up a lot of CPU, up to 50%. Before updating I've never had any problems with CPU usage, now I'm having trouble running multiple emulators.

Mine is also taking up 57-60%. I have the current update and have rebooted. Any other suggestions? It makes it impossible to multi table

Send in a log to support. Mine takes up 0%, so we'd need to see your system setup. We've had no reports up until right now, so we'll need more details to see why in the world that would happen, because it doesn't make any logical sense atm.

I am using HEM2 and Asian Hand Converter with Pokerbros and the hem2 hud is working just fine, however none of my hands show up in hem2 for review after my sessions. Did i miss a setting or something?

No. Who knows if they will change to a more strict policy, but nobody is getting banned on these sites for using a HUD to date.

im having an issue where my HUD freezes and i have to stop/start hud like 200 times a session.it wouldnt be a huge deal except when i'm playing bovada it loads HUDs for those tables too and i have to uncheck them all and it gets annoying. thoughts?

Are you sure it's not a resource issue? Have you checked task manager and made sure your system is running pretty clean.

Send this file to support and they will be able to tell. If you used a VPN you may have maxed your activations. The log will state clearly what the issue is:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Asian Hand Converter\Logs\ahc.log

And let support know I said to add a few extra days to your license for you.

Make sure your setup folder in HM3 is pointing to the AHC hand history folder. It explains this step by step here:

Click on serrings in the catcher. Click create log, abs and the. Zip file to support and they can check your hm3 setup and let you know what needs to be fixed.

No issues that I've heard of. Try a basic reboot. Make sure you have the latest AHC, since it looks like you have the latest PT4.

ldplayer4 is working with asian hand converter for pokerbros?
cannot get the hud to show on my tables now, 2 weeks ago was fine
