hud is not displaying with HM2, hands are importing and showing up in my report, but nothing is displaying at the table. have tried some usual trouble shooting steps like reinstall hm2, restart etc. nothing working

2. Type:

- Please, mind the spaces in this line! It takes some time until it starts (minutes), and the whole process is like 30 minutes long

sfc /scannow
- again, mind the space.
4. Restart the computer

If you continue to have problems:

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

I am not sure which reports/views or stats you are looking at to get all these numbers. I need screenshots, and possibly hands, sent in a support ticket to answer. The hourly stats were only just added in the most recent beta so it is possible there could still be bugs with some of the new stats.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Update HM2 if you don't yet have beta 8673 installed.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread. In the ticket send all the following:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I hadn't been informed yet but WPN is in fact working on an update to their software that will allow us to start work on adding HUD support for those tables. I have no estimate for when their update will be released or how long it will then take us to develop and release the HUD for those tables. As this is a new feature, we will only be adding support for it to the HM3. HM2 will continue to support existing game types that it already supports.

Hey Fozzy,

I recently purchased the all stakes OM and NL HEM3 and it's been working great.
All of a sudden though the live play doesn't seem to work at all.

I play on juicystakes (cake network) and for some reason there is no site setup but it's been working fine until now when the live play doesn't register any of my tables or hands?

I can import the hands manually but auto importing while playing doesn't work.

I am not sure why it was working previously as HM3 doesn't yet support that network for live play auto import or HUD. We had planned to only support manual import for the Revolution network so we never added auto import or HUD support. If it was auto importing it must have been caused by some sort of bug.

Management has changed its mind recently and has decided to add full support for the Cake/Revolution network. If you want to be notified when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5175 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I was missing some Tournament summaries, due to some disconnections I had, from both PT4 and HM3. I got the emails from PokerStars and uploaded the summaries to PT4 successfully after putting them all into one file on my desktop. When I tried to upload on HM3 however, the tournaments in question still had me on Finish 0, even after I refreshed. Any advice?

Thanks for such a quick reply, that's strange I was unaware the revolution network was not supported by hm3 as it works with hm2, hopefully it'll be supported soon.

Would it be possible since I spent money to buy the whole hem3 package that I can use my hm2 with all stakes as well until hem3 starts supporting the revolution network, instead of the small stakes only that it's currently on?

Were the tourney summary files sent as audit htm/html files or csv files? Only audit files requested from the PokerStars Lobby in csv format are currently supported.

The HM2 HUD for Cake would not work for me either yesterday. We have a known issue where the Table Finder had to be used at Revolution but now that Table Finder is greyed out for me so I couldn't even start it manually for HM2 when testing HM3 there.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9088 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We hope to have HM3 working there very soon, likely before we fix the HM2 issues.

Thank you for your help and I appreciate the work being done for achieving comparability with revolution network.

I understand the HUD doesn't work however hem2 is still able to track progress. I was wondering please if possible since I spent the money on hem3 that's currently not working if my hem2 licensed could be upgraded from small stakes to all stakes so I can track my poker progress with hem2 until hem3 is able to support the revolution network?

I really appreciate your help dizzy!

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username and we can issue you a 30 day temporary HM2 license upgrade from small stakes to pro to use until HM3 support is fully enabled.

Hi, I would like help in respect of a few matters

1) I can't seem to find a few filters on HM3.

One, I'm looking for the filter where I am looking at how often I face 3-bets in certain positional dynamic - e.g.1, H RFI in CO, I want to see how often I get 3b from BTN; e.g. 2, Hero RFI in SB and I want to see how often I get 3b from BB

Two, I am looking for the "advanced filter" where its something like "river call = true" in HM2 where I can look at all the hands where I bluff-catch the river

2) I am facing a glitch where I GII on the turn and the All-in adjusted EV button doesn't work - i.e. I GII OTT with say 75% equity and the AI adjusted EV says $0.00. I don't really know how to report this bug/glitch

3) When is the std dev/100 filter coming?

HM2 or HM3? In HM2 it is done via the Home - Database - Backup/Restore tabs. In HM3 it is done under the Tools menu via the Export/Import Player Notes... options.

This is done in the Filter Editor - 'Position And Action' menu. Here is the first one you asked how to do as an example:

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

I just noticed these are actually two different filters. I think the one you want is the one you have to type out manually in the HMQL filter bar (this one can't be found in the filter editor for some reason). The other one (RiverActionCall) is both RiverActionCheckCall and CallRiver in one filter.

Hey

WPN did an update yesterday and claims their issues with the information needed for HM3 to work should be fixed now. They also said they have been in contact.

I am wondering is a new version of HM3 being worked on now since the update released yesterday? This is for blitz.

Yes, our developers are aware and working on it now. We hope to have another new beta (we just pushed a beta last night) out sometime next week if all goes well. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options.
