I tried HM2 for a few minutes and the result wasn't very good ...
(I have bought the product and I'm using the latest version)
First impression was that the arrow and text in the lower left corner is badly synced, sometimes it says READY after you have changed something and it takes 30 seconds before it changes ...
HEM2 should CLEAR the text and restart the arrow before a new user interaction ...
Then I went into the filter and tried to add a simple Tournament filter that would say number of players equal to 2 ...
I tried to do this for 30 minutes but failed although I'm a programmer that have built GUI:s for years ...
First of all I noticed that the menus are unintuitive, why place the PLUS sign above the fields I enter ... A selection menu should be filled from top to bottom and then you should press some OK button below what you entered .
But here you click the filter and then after entering all information you have to press a little plus sign that seems to belong to the selection box which was the first thing you selected when you started building your filter ...
After you are done I guess you should press the OK button but it's hidden in the lower right corner while a very slow "Save tournament filter" seems to be the natural selection (but is not)...
Anyway, after I select this it still shows 2-table & 18 ppl sit and goes as well as 3-table & 27 ppl sit and goes in the Report - Tournament - tab ...
I press refresh but it doesn't help. And my data is from Pokerstars this month so it should be OK ...
I try this back and forth for 30 minutes until I give up ...
I was never impressed with HEM GUI:S to start with but I at least expect these very basic features to work such a long time after you released the product ...

Also in the top of the screen for the "Reports" tab : headlines are placed below(?!) the selections. What a novel way to build a GUI.
"Game mode" is placed under "Cash"/"Tournaments" ; "Heads-up display" is placed under "STart HUD" ... "Reports" is placed under "More Reports" ...
...
This was my honest experience from my first 30 minutes trying to test HEM2
