Just want to run a short term stock. Maximum time is one month. I will end it when I see fit, but will play at least $600 in buyin's. I will also end if the roll doubles.



The stock will be based at pokerbytrade. The terms and stipulations, as well as profit splits will be exactly the same and will be reserved in my name on that site. I will be buying up to 75% of this if it doesn't sell as well. Cake/'makeup' will not be given to 2p2 investors unless they sign up on this site, making it non-private. At this point the shares will be in their name, and if it happens after the stock starts they will be buying it at the original share price from me in the marketplace. This would happen if you decide to join the site and register after I have started playing. I have verified with site administration verifying that this would be OK to sell here as well, as long as it was stated in this stock. The rail will be on this pbt, but a simple one with current roll amount and some hands will be here as well.



Will play on Stars and FTP. I may at times need to swap money on sites, so if you can do that and invest let me know. I usually have resources for that that I have met over the years though, that make it quick and easy in most cases.



I will play no MTT's or MTT sngs over $7 and no HU sng's over $7 (normal speed only) no matter how big the roll gets. I will post screen shots for relevant statisitics as well here. The roll should leave me with just over 60 bi's for the $6.50 games and more for games that are less.



Note in my OPR the percent of wins versus 2nd and 3rd place finishes as well as the amount of Sattys I have won in the few I have played. I think these are strengths worth noting. Over ~1200 games I final table 12% of them and have a very high win percentage in sattys.



There will probably be sattys too but I will not play the seats won, without a 24 hour PM vote by investors with majority rule winning. All responses within 24 hours count and no response within 24 hours results in a loss of vote. In the event of a tie I am the tie breaking vote. If you own more than 25% of this you get 3 votes. I may choose to outright not play these seats I win and sell them for t$ at the best rate I can get. This is always ~99.9%.



The biggest re-buy I can play is a $3 with a 7bi cap.

All reserves from 2p2 will be reserved as they are ordered but anything reserved or bought on pbt must take precedent. I dont see this being a huge issue at all.

WutRUTryin2Hit also owns a huge win rate at MTT sngs (several thousand games and over a 20% roi) and is someone I have talked to over the years for a long, long time about poker across every format of poker there is.

It is easy games but no markup. 50/50 cut on this site period. If you sign up on the other site it is 50/50 with makeup/cake or 55% without. But I am in no means suggesting or asking that you sign up there. That is up to you. Will link in PM as to not break forum rules on this site.

If you click the example link spreadsheet you will see how the cut would work. I keep 50% of winnings and also am buying an amount of shares for myself.

You are right, this is easy and extremely low risk. It's for fun and to get some reputation here on 2p2 in the selling shares forum. I have been staked for roughly 4 years by several stakers on this site, up to 200nl. Eventually I want to start selling MTT packages etc and just want to run something for fun and for reputation.

If anyone has more questions about the other site please PM me, as I do not want this to derail into any advertising for it. I put it in this 'bap' so that you can see where there will be a detailed rail of every game played.

if you sold this as others who start selling here do at no markup it would generate more interest.

for example you do like $600 of buyins and sell as follows

1% = $6
5% =$30
10% = $60

I see... Thing is that this is more of a stake, which makes that harder to do... thoughts on that? Its not a quick hitter with crazy variance. These markups from thirty percent guys at 1.2 for ten mtts, returning an expected 10% over the long run...if they beat abi for that amount are far more risky. This is a true bap that will probably return 25%-100% over the period it runs. A its set up its a far better investment for you as the dollars are most likely invested several times over.

I would be interested if you were buying part of the bankroll.

I own $75 of this someone offsite has $10 so far. What you guys are asking for is standard for a quick hitter or mini series but not this type of backing. What I have set up is standard, its even in the stickies.
