A "grind" back to even or profits means that hes going to follow a bit of brm and attempt to make the money back--this means it could be hours, days, or even a week or more to regain the roll.
And fwiw barret, end at 50% back or play like 18 or 90 mans on ftp or just run some 12 180s on stars since you have great stats in them
