hi guys. this is the first time i create a staking thread, so let me introduce myself.i am 22yrs old college student from NYC, i have been playing poker for about 4 years and been playing for living for the last 6 months. i play on ftp money1987 mostly cash games 50-100 max PLO. i also throw in a tournament here and there. however lately i've had the tournament bug and I've been more inclined to play in tournaments. here are my stats on ftp and bodog ,http://officialpokerrankings.com/ful...15C98.html?t=8 and http://www.bluffmagazine.com/thepoke...le.asp?defbp=1 . this is obviously a small sample, but even though i am a cash game player, i've watched plenty of pokerxfactor videos from my days as a semi-mtter so i am familiar with tournament concepts, etc... with that said here are the events i am going to play.

Event #6 $500 + $35 PLO 6max
Event #15 $200 + $16 NL Hold 'em
Event #16 $240 + $16 PLO Knockout
Event #20 $200 + $16 NL Hold 'em
Event #23 $100 + $9 PLO Rebuy ($509, money will be refunded if not needed)

i have 30% of the action .
Total 1732, no markup 1% is 17.00, so the .32c is on me, however in the case that i finish 9th or better, ya never know. 20% of that tournament's winnings will be taxed. meaning if i final tbl a tournament and go out in 8th place for 10k, i will get 3k +20% of 7k which is another 1400. this tax will only be applied to the tournament that i may final table the , and any other min cashes in other tournaments will be paid out in a standard way.
i have a 30% piece of myself and 70% is available for sale, if i don't get enough, i'll most likely chuck it up myself, but for now 70% is available. if you are intrested, leave a reply here or pm me and i will reserve you a %, please do not send any money until sunday, thank you and good luck for now

A note about taxes, it isn't taxed till it is claimed. If you show tax people you had to ship away 7K of those funds, then it isn't your earnings. You shouldn't take other ppl's stake winnings.

not sure what that means, but instead of a markup, i am basically charging 20% of 70% which will be 14% of the tournamnet cash, and that is ONLY if i finish 9th place or better, and it will only apply to THAT tournament. any other tournament where i get 10th place or worst will be treated with no tax. so i am pretty sure if one of the stakers was involved he would not mind it, once he himself has scored. also the stakes are also being sold a discount 32$ on my part, nothing much but still something to consider. so

you shouldn't charge taxes, thats stupid these aren't live events
