My name is Nicholas Nicastro. I am known as 'donniccolo' online.

Pre-Black Friday I played a lot on PokerStars, ranked in the 99th percentile in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. I played mostly 180s and a decent amount of low-mid stakes MTTs.

I am selling up to 65% of myself in the upcoming POKER MAXIMUS series on the Merge Network. I play on Carbon Poker.

-I reserve the right to skip any of the tourneys listed, and all buy-ins for skipped MTTs will be refunded with markup, as will unused re-buys.

-I may end up playing in an MTT or two on the site that is NOT in this package. Any MTTs played, including other Maximus Events, other than those expressly listed here are not included in the package.

-Also, if the funds are held up due to DOJ type interference, there isn't much I can do and all of our money will be tied up together. I will not issue payments if I'm not allowed to w/d from the site. This isn't expected but I felt it's best to get it out up front since unfortunately there is a > 0% chance something like this could happen. My goals are to make us all a profit and to pay everyone as quickly as possible once the series concludes. Thanks for your understanding.

-Taxes: I will not be withholding any portion of the investors' winnings for tax purposes. The investor will be solely responsible for their portion of the profits and will be required to provide the necessary personal information to receive payout. If you provide the information needed, I will promptly pay your share in full. If you choose not to provide this information, I will have to withhold 25% of your portion of the payout for tax purposes.

Want to invest but want to wait until Sunday/Monday to decide for sure so if you'll let me reserve until then I'll reserve 5% and ship by Monday if I decide to take it. Will prob pay with Chase but a chance I'll do Carbon.

As far as tax forms go...if you ship us Carbon we don't have to do them, correct? And if you ship us QuickPay do we have to do them regardless of amount? Or only for over a certain amount?

I can but I prefer QP. If PP is your only option I will accept it.

Re:taxes- I don't want to take chances, so I put that tax disclaimer in should I bink something for tens of thousands, etc. I do not believe we'll need to do any forms for amounts paid out under $600. I simply don't want to get into a position where I have to pay taxes on funds that are not mine.

This hasn't gotten much traction so I'm going to cancel it. I may post a different package w/ less MTTs but I cannot say for sure.
