Looking for an 8ft pool table for my apartment, and could do with some advice please.

Which of the first 2 tables would you go for, and is the 3rd table worth considering for the extra money? If there's not a significant difference in quality I'm happy with going for one of the first 2...thanks in advance.

I don't know the used pool table market in the UK but here in the states you could save yourself a ton of money buying one used and have it professionally moved and refelted.

My vote is #3

but I agree with Dismas a used one that is re-felted is cheaper here(US).

Hmm apparently #3 is over 400kg and they aren't prepared to deliver and install it since its a 4th floor apartment as well as a duplex so a lot of stairs!

I know I could save a tonne getting one 2nd hand but I'm too lazy to go that route I think so it's between 1 and 2, leaning towards #1?

Seriously though, check out craigslist for a used table and people that will move and refelt etc... Save a bunch. Don't worry about the condition of the felt, get a new one. Also get new rubber on the rails while they got it apart. It will play better than a new table if you do it right. Research the installers though.
