Currently working my way through the early seasons. Season 3 in the prison is really excellent, Rick and crew vs Woodberry and the Governor, who so far is a way better adversary than Negan. The early seasons remind me how weak the past season and a bit have become.

My kids were technically in the scene when Tara is spying on the women's community, right before everyone scrambled for their weapons. Unfortunately, the camera angle resulted in them being behind some trees, so they were nearly impossible to see. I had to go in slow-mo just to maybe see movement of one of them.

They had a lot of fun, though.

So the Saviors killed all the males over age 10 from that group. Okay, then where were the boys who were spared? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't recall seeing any.

While bored yet again during this week's episode, I started trying to think of parallels between TWD communities and Game of Thrones houses/regions.

You figure the easy ones are Saviors = Lannisters and Alexandria = Stark

I think that the new group from last night maybe would be like Dorne, with it being so female centric. Or maybe Greyjoy, due to the attachment to the sea?

Maybe Hilltop is House Frey because Gregory seems like such a douche, ala Walder?

That leaves The Kingdom, which I don't see matching too well with any of the remaining GOT Houses, so I'll just say Arryn.

I successfully avoided political talk at Thanksgiving. However, my brother and sister in law are adamant that this pile of **** show is still great television. They really like Negan and also like the talking dead show.

I really hope we get a 90 minute Father Gabriel episode next. I want to know exactly what got him into seminary, what passages of the Bible he studied the most, etc. Really thrilling stuff that the audience needs to find out ASAP

I can tell you from actually being there when a scene was filmed that there were boys in the village (my son being one), but it was mostly girls. I didn't really look at the kids during the broadcast to notice one way or the other. I'm guessing it was hard to tell because a) they were all wearing drab colors and thus didn't stand out (both probably for camo and because background extras shouldn't stand out), and b) young boys and girls aren't incredibly different physically, especially from a distance.

Hmm...that last sentence sounded pedo.
