I don't know what to watch next? So I have come in here to see if any of you can recommend me a new to series to watch.

I've already seen:

24 (all seasons x2)
Boardwalk Empire (x2)
Breaking Bad (x3)
Dexter (once was enough although I wished I stopped at season 4!)
Game of Thrones (all seasons)
Homeland (all seasons)
Lost (all seasons)
Madmen (up to season 6, but I lost interest)
Sons of Anarchy (upto a few episodes ago but the whole series is hot and cold but mainly cold imo)
The Knick (all episodes -amazing!)
The Shield (all seasons)
The Wire (x3) best tv show ever
The Walking Dead (I'm amazed that I got to season 3 before giving up on the show)
True Detective (All episodes - amazing!)
Underbelly (all seasons - pretty good series about some real life underworld figures in Australia)

I don't really want to watch a comedy or sitcom, I'm looking for a solid acting action or drama.

Fwiw I gave up on Walking Dead mid season 3. Skipped the second half and started season 4 and it's much better. I'm back to watching it every sunday night.
