The Edna scene struck me as a bit odd. It was more BB-esque then Survivor. I'm not really sure what to make of it, but my instinct is based on that scene, she's safe for quite awhile.

You're reading too much into it. It would be great to see a 2p2er win, but the amount of airtime he's received is a really bad sign.

A guy claiming to be Albert posted itt a few times (Apollo23 iirc), and his story checks out. There's also an account named 'Jim Rice' that doesn't have any posts yet.

Albert's story checking out even further. In his CBS secret scene he mentions that he practiced this week's IC before going out there. In a post earlier ITT, Albert said that he practiced an IC that actually ended up being in his season. It was definitely him.

I was quite disappointed with his performance and also the general strategy of the people (see the other poster about leaving Brandon/Jim with 220 and loading 20 on one of the Girls they weren't going to last much longer)

The secret scene was talking about this week's weight-bearing challenge? I thought Albert was going to destroy that since I got the impression that he did squats/deadlifts regularly and those will help a ton. That's also probably why he was so disgusted with himself after he fell.

Did he just slip or was the weight too much?

I thought about this, but I think they just showed it because of the random face and to introduce Probst's series of "What do you hate most about..." questions.

Yeh or nah?
Yeh, imo.

Seriously I don't mind spoilers, send em over.

thought the body of the episode was good but tc had to have been one of the worst ever to watch. they actually edited in all of probst's digging questions like what annoys you about x player? terrible.

Probably not. There has probably been more entertainment through 4 episodes than any season I can remember. This season will be top 5 once the strategy really starts to get going.

secret scenes: (I accidentally deleted my first try at secret scenes recap...here is a somewhat tilted version)

Albert said he slipped. He practiced the challenge pre-show. Feels he left chips on the table.

Stacy happy with her performance in the challenge. She strong. She think she do it again if she had the chance.

Ozzy would not enjoy this thread. Strategy, strategy, strategy. Vibe around camp was really nice with Cochran and Jimmy gone. "Jimmy is loud and boisterous. He is always in peoples' faces even though he doesn't mean to be. (sound like anyone else we know?) That's another thing about the whole leaving...The group gets a sense of what it's like when you're gone and if they like that, you better watch out."

Now maybe Jimmy will tout his 240 lbs new Survivor record instead of his WPT championship. Now he understands why gladiators hug each other after they finish their fight. (I paraphrased. Jimmy actually said 'boxers'.)

Dawn says Cochran is a Survivor Wikipedia. Cochran is fun to be around and seems genuine. She is not a fan of Ozzy. Apparently Ozzy is bad at feigning interest in other people.

Elyse still stoked about getting her bathing suit.

Stacy on Coach: "Can a slick outslick a slicker? Come on. Come on, a slick can't outslick a slicker. You tellin' all them sly slick stories. Come on, dude." Pretty sure she's going to attempt to torpedo Coach at the duel. This scene was pretty gold. I can't do it justice.

Papa Smurf and Cochran bantered about voting each other out in the upcoming TC.

Cochran seems to think he, Jim, and Dawn can somehow overthrow Ozzy by voting out Elyse even though team 90210 has them outnumbered 4-3.

Whitney likes Cochran and is rooting for him to make himself seem useful at the challenge so that they don't have to vote him out.

Coach has a soft spot for Brandon, but would rather cut him off than one of his own limbs. Hopes he is not put in that position.

Brandon grateful for the opportunity to apologize to Christine at the duel.

Keith is glad Jim showed he was strong and could win IICs. Thinks that will help him with Ozzy by pointing to Jim as a threat. ( Keith is aware that OZZY is the threat, right???) I'm perplexed because Keith seems to be thinking that Ozzy will still be in power in a post merge situation when he will be more likely fending off all comers starting with the Cochrans and Sophies of the world.

Christine was rooting for a footrace in her duel against Papa Bear (so were the criminals of NYC.)
