They also had the worst shelter I believe. I'm mildly curious to know what happened with their rice situation, as the show never really emphasized it being a problem for them

ok, here is the deal:

Brawn Aparri remained at the old location, which was the former Galang location in S27.

Beauty Solana was moved to the old Brain Luzon location, which is the best location. It's the old Tadhana location and where the merged S27 tribe stayed. Obviously all the communal Beauty stuff was moved there.

So yes, Brains had the best location of the original 3 tribes and Garret still complained.

There's still a lot we don't know, though. It looks like LJ and Tony will both make the merge with idols, and they can't both upgrade (1 is bad enough), so presumably they have to wait a while. It's also unclear if it becomes the super-idol automatically or if there's another process.
