I've been enjoying this season, but I'm starting to notice there are a lot of first world problems. "running a studio sucks because we're not recording the foo fighters!"
Sometimes the writing is really good and then other times it's really bad. Gotta balance things out I guess.
I feel like lately they've been giving stories more attention per episode, but then they'll also go a week or so without any mention of other characters. Works for me except when they have Amber heavy weeks and it's just like UGGGGGGGH
I know its an ensemble cast but zero Adam/Julia/Zeke/Sarah is a little weird.
Does anyone even remember what made Joel so pissed off in the first place? Was always unclear to me.
Oh ya, that's right. He started to get pissed before that though iirc.
He was pissed off as He stayed home with the kids all the time as a single dad. When she lost her job she was not supportive of his career and was jeoulus about his boss and stormed into a meeting I do believe.
Fans of this show will like This Is Us. One of the better pilots I can remember
Haven't seen it yet but multiple fans of Parenthood have pointed out to me over the summer that the trailer for This Is Us seems extremely similar to Parenthood to the point that it might be the same show just with enough difference to avoid plagiarism claims. Someone said it probably is a spin off with different characters.
