Winston in this episode was great. "I'm going to let the cat choose how he dies."

Also was it me or did it seem that this completely unknown co-worker was working far too hard to destroy Schmidt's love triangle. Does anyone think something may start there?

I'm not sure if it's the same one from season 1, but she is familiar anyway. Probably from a different show though. Californication, I'm thinking.

Not a great ep, thought the premiere was much better. They're stretching out Schmidt's love triangle for too long, and need to just move on. Did like the 2/3 replica of Don Draper's office though.

They had to wrap it up, because Brenda Song is now a regular on the new show Dads. Perhaps she'll be back someday though, because it is a horrible show that deserves to be cancelled immediately. In the meantime, they feature her in different hot outfits each week.

meh, I laughed a lot but this felt weird. Really dislike Schmidt love triangle, and not a fan of a lot of Nick and Jess being together.

Hopefully it's just me, or they get back to crushing soon.

Winston and Schmidt have swapped places. After 2 seasons they finally figured out how to play Winston. It's hilarious, and Lamorne Morris is killing it. Schmidt, on the other hand, is pure suck right now. The love triangle is hackneyed, especially 2-3 seasons down the road when he "finally" gets back with CeCe, and the mission to break up Jess and Nick sounds terrible. Aside from Scmidt, though, it's a solid start to the season. Fun show. And it was the perfect antidote to the depression of watch the last few Breaking Bad episodes.

And Nick rules, as always.

Pretty happy they delivered a great episode and with Coach having a multi-episode arc this season, I'm pretty stoked on S3.

That whole back and forth was awesome. Every time they've had anyone pairs within the cast doing that, it's been stellar. Just like P&R with their quick cuts of Amy Poehler improving.
