Well, back to SA and how do you know definitively he lured her, imprisoned her, shot her and burned her in his house?

There is incontrovertible evidence that KK sexually harassed domestic abuse victims during a trial.

Look if you are arguing that KK is worse than a guy who was wrongly found guilty and who never hurt a fly, then we are in agreement. I think you know where I stand on whether SA fits that description.

Makes sense to want to live next door to someone with a $300k house than someone with a trailer.

Kind of hilarious that a guy would brag "I'm the guy with the $300,000 house". That's like saying "I'm the guy who drives the Honda Accord".

I would never accuse you of being unacquainted with all things dumb.

Says the guy who stated, unironically, that he'd rather leave his daughter alone with a murderous psychopath.

Oh wait I forgot... he's innocent. That fat perv Kratz probably did it.

Yes, in a big city that would be laughable. As in Austin Powers demanding $1 million dollars.

You do get a very nice house for that amount in a small city.

Because there continues to be more questions than answers. Also have the luxury of thousands of people spending 6 months analyzing every minute detail.

You would have thought the "noise" of this case would have died months ago. No doubt the filmmakers did a fantastic job of layering a lot of doubt on this case. They had 10+ years to craft their story.

If this story was sold as fiction, people would say it is ludicrous. Far-fetched with too many coincidences.

What am I not telling the truth about? That is what kratz is being accused of vs what avery is being accused of.

The guy was a district attorney who was abusing his authority and power. His victim pool includes not only every person he convicted or tried to convict but also every victim of a crime he tried to prosecute.

I know you guys do not understand the justice system or how it is supposed to work but yeah in the real world that is worse.

This cant be real.

So what you're saying is if Avery raped TH but didn't kill her, and Kratz was prosecuting Avery he would've tried to bang TH. Theory has merit.

Just watched this after seeing it in your post here. Definitely some abuse of power for personal gain demonstrated from the DA in that case. Also, remembering back around that time the media and then followed by the public really shined a negative light on that Duke lacrosse team without really knowing the facts.

I think there are similarities with Making a Murderer but the obvious differences are the mountain of evidence against Steven Avery in his case. It does show though how strong the media influence can initially be on a case without the burden of proof. If not for a strong legal defense behind the accused Duke lacrosse players we may have seen that case turn out in the opposite way.

Btw, best part of that whole 30 for 30 was when the captain of the lacrosse team stepped up and gave his speech to the media. It was like something out of a movie. Cheers to that guy for holding his head up high and being able to give that speech in that situation.

I invented a new game called "Mantiwoc 50/50". When you see an interesting headline where you think there is a 50% chance, or greater, that it took place in or around Mantiwoc County, Wisconsin.

Zellner filed for an extension today (because one "air-tight alibi" isn't enough)

you're right. to defend yourself and get past the court bias and prosecution favoritism you need more than an air-tight alibi. glad to see we're in agreement.

I dont know, seems like 'air tight' sort of implies it can stand alone. She shouldnt use that term if thats not the case, even if it would be a case in other counties/etc.

Note: I dont actually know if she called the alibi air tight. Just my 2c

You're right of course
05-26-2016 , 02:46 AM
His alibi for his wrongful conviction was pretty air tight. Dozens of witnesses and a receipt, but a lot of good that did.

From her twitter on March 6th:

Quote:
Cellphone tower records of SA & TH provide airtight alibi for him. She left property he didn't. ‪#MakingAMurderer ‪#UnmakingAMurderer

Here's the motion for an extension: http://www.stevenaverycase.org/wp-co...-Extension.pdf

tl;dr they've been really busy working on other cases, so they want a 90-day extension which "may allow counsel sufficient time to complete the brief".
