Even using 1/1,000,000,000 this does not mean there is a 1/1,000,000,000 likelihood that the bones are not Halbach, it means any random person has a 1/1,000,000,000 likelihood of matching.
It's a very important distinction, even if it doesn't really matter to this case (anyway the bones are obviously hers).
