The 14 amendment guarantees equal rights for every citizen of the United States of America, one of these rights, if you are being accused of a crime, have a crime scene on your property, you have an equal right as a US citizen to have a coroner investigate, document and take pictures of that crime scene.
NO CORONER EVER STEPPED FOOT ON THE AVERY PROPERTY DURING THIS SO-CALLED CRIME SCENE,HOMICIDE.
SEE WISCONSIN STATUE 979.01(1G) and B, ALL HOMICIDES.
The 14 amendment guarantees due process of the law to every citizen in the United States of America, due process that was clearly not followed in the Steven Avery investigation.
NO coroner investigated the crime scene (homicide) on the Avery property,in fact, the coroner seen it on the news, contacted the Sheriff and was threatened with arrest if She ever went near the Avery property, never summoned another, and no coroner investigated the so-called homicide scene on the Avery property.
The 14 amendment guarantees equal right to every US citizen, equal rights to due process of the US law, Wisconsin took away Steven Avery's equal rights by not having a coroner investigate, document and take pictures of the crime scene,(homicide) on his property.
They hid the coroner...
