No wonder they paid a P. R. firm knowing how many mistakes had been made. Lucky the Clerk of courts found some missing parts that the MCSO/DA missed and sent them out to the public.

Another good unintended consequence of the documentary - harder for the bad guys to get away with stuff like this when the whole world is watching.

If only KZ could get a hold of the Rav4 & debunk this case once & for all...

There's some discussion saying the Rav has gone missing but no records from the DMVA? Or from carfax....

You'd think the State would be falling all over themselves putting this to rest by having Zellner confirm their findings at her expense.

Very telling they're playing a shell game with the evidence to prevent that.

There used to these shell games, with barrels, bones, evidence and such. I guess it's their forte.

No evidence state is hiding evidence or playing games with evidence or have destroyed evidence. Nor has Zellner's motion actually presented any evidence to support her claims.

One of the shockingly blatant actions was the burn barrel that was searched one day and nothing was found, returned to ASY, then searched a second time for some reason and suddenly it's full of 'evidence'.

Close enough for government work - if you job is ginning up a false case against an innocent civilian.

The 14 amendment guarantees equal rights for every citizen of the United States of America, one of these rights, if you are being accused of a crime, have a crime scene on your property, you have an equal right as a US citizen to have a coroner investigate, document and take pictures of that crime scene.

NO CORONER EVER STEPPED FOOT ON THE AVERY PROPERTY DURING THIS SO-CALLED CRIME SCENE,HOMICIDE.

SEE WISCONSIN STATUE 979.01(1G) and B, ALL HOMICIDES.

The 14 amendment guarantees due process of the law to every citizen in the United States of America, due process that was clearly not followed in the Steven Avery investigation.

NO coroner investigated the crime scene (homicide) on the Avery property,in fact, the coroner seen it on the news, contacted the Sheriff and was threatened with arrest if She ever went near the Avery property, never summoned another, and no coroner investigated the so-called homicide scene on the Avery property.

The 14 amendment guarantees equal right to every US citizen, equal rights to due process of the US law, Wisconsin took away Steven Avery's equal rights by not having a coroner investigate, document and take pictures of the crime scene,(homicide) on his property.

They hid the coroner...

Look for J. Butings latest tweets regarding the search of S.A. trailor. I can't post them atm.

They hid the coroner...
They kept the trained and professional coroner from examining the alleged crime scene, then blocked the coroner from testifying at the trial for fear it might 'confuse' the jury.

It's very clear that the State was not interested in having the truth leak out.

I like how that horrible article about that faux doc keeps referring to it as a spin-off. Words mean things.

They didn’t figure out to “shake” the bookcase yet.

Lol those police and cv’s undying loyalty and support of the criminal incompetence, at best.

It's a small trailer. There isn't much to it. It's fair to assume that everything was moved. There's no way they walk into a small bedroom, take the bedding and other items in it, yet leave the small bookshelf completely untouched. They obviously would've moved the bookshelf to look under it/behind it/open a drawer in it if there was one. If the argument is that it required vigorous shaking to unlodge the key, then maybe, but you can't reasonably think the bookshelf wasn't examined and moved in their 2.5 hour search.

I asked for evidence of LE corruption, planting or unfair due process umpteen times & got nothing of substance. Now you lot are rehashing the key? Enjoy your spamming.

Yeah, you'd have to have some serious mental blocks to buy the finding of the key in the middle of the floor after umpteen searches of the room.

It is corruption when they plant a key, you simple minded person. Any idiot can see this whole thing was investigated and lied about in court.
You seem to believe what parts you want from the evidence but not things that do not suit your arguments. Your a child or just a loner, I feel sorry for you either way.

He asked for unfair due process which was posted in this very page that S.A. 14TH Amendments was violated but he has said in past posts that that does not count for some unknown obscure reason only he & the MCSO believe Ohh and the Judge failed to recognise too.
If he followed the Coroners statements after the fact, he would also realise that in not letting her onto the crime scene was a felony I. E. Corruption.
And KK giving the statement in court about the Key was admittence of planting.

Corruption, planting & unfair due process all admitted to by Mantiowoc officials. But he can't/won't admit to that, its why we just Troll or ignore him.

Why do you feel bad for children?

It is corruption when they plant a key, but there is no evidence that the key was planted.
02-06-2019 , 11:43 PM
Not that this impacts the court case or verdict, I'm curious what people would do in the following scenarios.

The truth about the key is known.

a) You are told you can wager any amount you want at 1:1 odds and you get to pick whether you think it was planted or not. How much do you wager and what do you pick?

b) You are held at gunpoint. The captor will let you free if right, or kill you if wrong. Which do you pick?
02-07-2019 , 12:19 AM
Double or nothing with odds better than 90% of doubling up? Easy choice to bet (nearly) every cent.

IMO it's probably >99% chance the key was not planted.

B should always = A.

Yes, you wouldn't pick planted in one scenario and not planted in the other.

But, in b you're forced to pick at the highest stakes, life or death. So even if you're only 51% confident its one over the other, you'd have to pick it.

Whereas if you're only 51% confident in a, you probably wouldn't bet anything.

This has already been covered umpteen times. Remove the key pretend it never existed & you could still convict Avery a buncha times over meaning that even corrupt LE wouldn't need to jeopardize a slam dunk case in evidence terms by planting an ultimately superfluous item. You simple minded person (and that's being kind).

Yet none of you Avery supporters can provide a scintilla of evidence of this in a gargantuan effin thread, you're simply reduced to endlessly rehashing what was already debunked again & again & then again some more for good measure such as the key by way of a very recent example which has been endlessly discussed & refuted.

I agree with the verdicts of multiple separate courts of law who found both guilty bard after the totality of the evidence was examined, scrutinized thrashed out & argued against by the defence. You people haven't the first clue on how to assess evidence, you're a bunch of conspiracy theorists plain & simple & you hard core groupies constantly attack the Halbach family on twitter & reddit. You act like a bunch of petulant children stamping your feet & pissing your diddies that normal sane rational people dismiss your dumbass conspiralunacy due to it having absolutely zero evidence to support your irrational illogical implausible nonsensical pap.

None of you- not a single one of you- have provided anything at all whatsoever to change either my mind or the minds of anyone else who agrees with the guilty verdicts. Just bar raising, conspiracy theories & tiresome rehashed spam such as your bollocks re the key.

Yeah 'k keep holding your torch for scumbag murderers & I'll keep staying satisfied that justice was served. Avery will die in prison & Dassey's going nowhere for at least the next 29 years so it's all good.

Zellner hasn't been granted anything by the court re unfair due process.
