So did I miss it, or was it explained why he was in Venezuela in the first place? Who was the dude that rolled him up in the Jeep after he was shot?

Because Carrie's personally loyal contacts who live outside the law too much to report to a government decided to take him to Venezuela to hide him? It's not foolproof, but it paves over the plot holes just well enough that I can buy it, kind of like the Issa thing. At least they admit that 99% of the world would be looking to turn him over to their local government as soon as possible rather than just trying to ignore it.

Episode made me think of Jack and Kate on Lost, who inevitably always had to "DO SOMETHING" in any situation, even when logic and common sense dictated patience, which they often did.

Carrie is uber smart and shows signs of knowing she needs to play it cool to get out of the nut house, but it's impossible for her to actually do so. Okay, it's interesting to the viewer that neither we nor Carrie know how much the CIA is involved in her confinement, we don't know who at the hospital is working for the CIA, there's good reason for paranoia... but a genius who is taking her meds can't figure out a way to not look crazier than she actually is to trained medical personnel?

Brody desperately needs to go to "the next place". Was there something at the end of Season 2, some part of Carrie and Brody's escape plan, that I'm forgetting, that involved needing to constantly be moving? Where did this wanderlust come from? The dude was imprisoned for the better part of a decade was he not?

The riddle master implied pedophile doctor was the rotten cherry on top of what, despite all its flaws, was an interesting hour of television.

Oh yeah that pedo doctor guy sucked. I just don't think anything he said came off as the writers thought it would.

I recommend this show to some relatives after the first season (back when it was good), but now I'm embarrassed about it every time I see them.

However, if hot helper chick is going to be a regular on this show I'm going to keep watching.

What I didn't get what how he got to the mosque. Earlier in the ep they tried to escape and guards caught them and basically said they can't leave under any circumstances. Then suddenly Brody says oh I can go to the mosque they will understand and he is simply there.

Good thing the crack Venezuelan response to the most wanted terrorist in the world showing up is two guys. Also, 'Take me with you!' was done better on Arrested Development imo

hay guize

if you're only watching to see the new chick get nekkid and otherwise think the show sucks, you might be interested to learn that there is tons of porn out on this thing called the intarnets

Meh, thought the doctor was pretty terrible. Also I don't get why the Venezuelan dudes cared so much about bringing Brody back when he was arrested.

Something good needs to happen soon on this show to bring it back on track.

Well it would be a pleasant distraction from this nonsense until we can get back to what's happening with Dana.

The Mosk guy might have called a couple of cops he knows rather than the cops so they would split the bounty.

Decent episode, but this show works a lot better if there is CIA stuff going on. I don't entirely buy what they did to Brodie but it works well enough for it not to suck.

Still curious where they are going with this season. I love the idea of slowing down the show for a bit but I hope they don't stay on that path for too long.

Totally got the pedo vibe from the doctor as well. I thought he sucked in this ep, but loved the character he played in the Wire.

Cringed pretty hard when Brody kept saying that he had to go to the next place. Really dude? Where the **** are you going to go being the most wanted terrorist in the world ATM.

I'll still keep watching though.

This. She's been on the screen for like 15 minutes, and she's already the best part of the show. I'll give them another 2-3 episodes to get back on track, but man, this show has really fallen off a cliff.
