I watched the first 2 eps. and probably won't watch any more. It's pretty much a campy soap opera with cynical French bureaucrats and some dark-skinned Arab villains thrown in.

Watched the pilot. That's 43 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

Marseille:

Ok, I watched the first 4 episodes. That's pretty bad indeed. So much for the french cinema. And Gerard Depardieu is pretty much our best actor to show the world so yeah... I'm ashamed.

Battlebots preview/qualifier episode was last night. Twelve bots in four there way matches fight for four spots in the main show starting end of June.

Two flights were really good, one was passable with a goofy result, the other was comical for wtf happened and thus was the best.

Las Vegas Law premiers tonight on Investigation Discovery(ID)
I believe its a documentary style show about court cases in Vegas.

Tonight is the shooting on LV BLVD a few years back that causes that big crash at Flamingo and LV BLVD where the car caught fire and the passenger in the cab died.

I was in Vegas then and remember walking into Bally's front entrance in the early afternoon and they still had that intersection closed down for investigation. I think it happened like 3am.

Watched the first episode of the second season of Hollow Crown, BBC feature length adaptations of Shakespeare's Henry VI and Richard III. Loads of political intrigue, backstabbing, betrayal and conniving. Great stuff.

Anyone seen Slasher yet? It's a new show. It's kinda like a mix of Scream(except instead of teenagers in high school it's young married couple) and Seven(Brad Pit movie, it tackles the seven deadly sins thing). My expectations weren't very high going in as i never heard of it before but i'm loving it. To be fair these type of Whodunnit shows are right up my alley so i could be a little biased. I also really liked Scream the T.V show. If you liked that i highly recommend this show. I'm only 4 episodes in though so i'll see if it stays solid but so far it's pretty damn good. There is a slight chance it could eventually jump the shark though as in one scene they interview the killer with his mask on. I know sounds stupid(maybe it was but for the most part it's not a cheesy show) but they kinda pulled it off. But there's tons of the lead talking to her best friend on who the killer can be and who it can't be based on what we know. Then the lead confronting her top suspects on why she thinks they may be the killer and them firing back at her that it could be her or her husband etc... Again if they take it too far it might jump the shark but right now i'm thoroughly entertained and can't wait to watch the next episode.

After this show i'm gonna tackle znation, ash vs evil dead, and Darknet. Which is the best out of these three? Or any other recommendations of whodunnit and or horror type shows would be appreciated.

I watched the last 4. It was decent. I think as it winds down not as good as beginning and middle but fine. I may just be a person who doesn't like finales because i always expect much more. Like i didn't like Breaking Bad, Dexter, Lost finales. I think most didn't like Dexter and Lost finales not sure if people liked Breaking Bad finale. I actually liked the Sopranos ending sorta. I mean as a whole episode i felt wanting more, but i thought the very end was kinda cool/made you think. Also because i like the song "Don't Stop Believin."

Watched all of Darknet. Wow, kinda cool in a creepy dark way. It's like new age tales from the darkside. Watched one episode of znation seems like gonna be good.

The Billboard Music Awards seem like they would be so much better if everybody sang live and there was no lip synching - they all sing live on the Grammy's and the quality's so much better!

I didn't watch but I can't stand those shows because of the lip syncing. If you are not capable of singing live for real then GTFO.

Didn't see a thread just finished The Family. Pretty bummed to find out it got cancelled. Show had it's weaknesses but I thoroughly enjoyed it and the cliffhanger is brutal.

Also thought it was ok and was thrilled for the next episode, WTF there won't be another episode after that ending!?

I'm someone who almost always just watches a show without trying to come up with theories or make predictions or think ahead, but this show was so obvious that I couldn't help but know what twist was coming at every point. Actually cancelled the recording when they kept adam alive.

SCREAM TV is back which was also super predictable last season on the major points since it basically copied the PLL reveal, but at least there is a non-zero chance of all but two or three characters dying in an episode.

It definitely had obvious moments that were those weak points. The dad was ****ing terrible. The brother and sister characters drew my interest more than anything.
