Eh I disagree. Some reviews were critical about how the last couple episodes packed in too much plot. Giving it two seasons allows for better character development, which is the show's strong suit imo.

I think I've figured out where The Affair is going. Pure supposition obv:

Spoiler:
Noah's bitter vindictive wife killed the guy and framed Noah, much like Presumed Innocent from the 80s. Noah knows but is reluctant to implicate his wife, which makes him look more guilty.

It definitely appears that way

Spoiler:
It seems obvious that Alison is a cuckoo bird with a nice body. I'm also guessing she can be a bit manipulative. Noah is also a gullible buffoon (who got some serious tail btw). Could be interesting that the whole time Noah was a struggling author going through the separation, etc she was persona non grata but once he has the fat apartment with the big publishing advance she is back in the picture.

Anyway I am guessing that Noah knows what's up but is trying to cover for her.

I read an interesting theory that has about a 0% chance of being right

Spoiler:
Alison's memories are all fabricated, his memories where she seduces him are true, and the whole thing is a setup by Pacey the Surfer & Alison to try to get at the family's money.

would've been a cool twist.

Read an interview with the creator

It's not something I would recommend but entertaining enough if you're intrigued by it.

I just finished season 2 of The Fall. It's very good, probably not quite as good as season 1. Definitely was original in its treatment of this serial killer and the woman cop chasing him.

Spoiler:
I was let down big time...thought it would be a lot more interesting. The finale specifically was a complete waste of time. Methinks Dornan got famous real quick, and then decided he didn't need the show anymore so they just wrapped up the story sloppily and quickly.

The most excited I got during series 2 was thinking that the final scene would be some sort of Se7en type John Doe switch-a-roo, but nope.

Just finished Ascension. I thought it was pretty good. The twist was really cool to me. Not very effects heavy, which is a good thing for a show on SiFi. As for the ending:

Spoiler:
wtf?? Is there more coming?

Need a new adventure type show. Watched most main things.

Stuff like lost, the 100, bg idk. Something dumb but fun.

What's terra nova like, Revolution?

Thanks boys

**** wrong thread sorry too lazy to change

I enjoyed Revolution, definitely dumb and fun, but it did get cancelled (boooo). If you've stuck with The 100 you can stick with Revolution. Stargate Atlantis/Firefly?

Not really adventure but if you're bored and hate yourself a little bit then watch Under The Dome.

Just watched Season 1 of The Fall on Netflix, its only 5 episodes but its pretty good.
Normally I don't care for shows not based in US but this wasn't bad. I guess Season 2 airs 6 episodes on netflix in January.

Spoiler:
It was written as a show that will continue on but they haven't signed on to by the rest of season 1 yet. Hopefully they will

SyFy has been very liberal giving runs to scripted TV lately. Ascension seemed good enough to where I think it'll get a run. Without looking it up, wasn't the guy from BSG behind it? If so, that should only help it.

My sister does this **** all the time and it pisses me off. She even guesses the puzzle with no letters occasionally

So the guy is one of my oldest friend, Matt. Was even in my wedding. Been trying to get on WoF for like 15 years and did not disappoint! Complete pwnage.

the middle lady basically handed him $30k in the last puzzle by guessing "everglacier" ... jesus

also, it ended up helping the puzzle this time, but each letter was $6 grand and the women kept guessing for vowels worth nothing. i can't watch WOF b/c most of the time people buy a vowel i wanna throw the remote. "Yes, I'd like to give back $250 for the 'e' in 'the' please."

I'm 4 episodes into season 2 of The Shield. Is it just me or is pretty much everything that doesn't involve the strike squad kinda terrible? Nearly every Dutch story line has tilted me with it's stupidity, the blonde chick and her partners haven't been much better.

ldo strike team stuff is the meat of the show. but there is some good stuff with the hispanic boss guy later on. and there is some decent stuff with dutch too later on.

Biggest reason I think the show is overrated is because the non strike-force stuff is meh @ best. Its a mixture of case of the week randomness and storyarcs that are never fully realized imo.

Looking forward to season two of 19-2 starting in January. One of the better cop dramas. Re-watching first season and picking up lots of subtle stuff I missed.

Also ready for Agent Carter to grace my TV screen in HD.
