General TV Discussion and Thread for Shows Without A Thread Thread - Page 106

I am genuinely intrigued in the bolded show. It feels like it will be a romantic-ish drama done in the style of True Detective. That is an odd recipe, but with potential in the right hands. I'm thinking I won't like it by the end, but it will be interesting for at least a little while.

tonight is the premiere of a new rob thomas show. he's the guy who made veronica mars, and i think party down? anyway this show is about Dick from veronica mars. it's a "meta comedy" whatever the hell that is. but i will def give it a watch.

and i'm super excited about rob thomas's other new show izombie.

Yeah I got to see red band too...pretty decent imo...will tune in next week for sure. Lot of parts had me laughing and almost tears on a few. I see this show doing well.

Been catching up since my holiday, I really like it. Bleak sums it up well.

Fwiw I think You're The Worst was really solid through its first ten eps (which I assume without looking it up was the entire season). It takes a couple eps to really click though.

I'm actually a much bigger fan of Married than You're the Worst. I think its more cohesive and I like the supporting actors much more.

All the shows have not premiered yet. So far its the best imo of the ones that have premiered.
