I mean ive read the books a couple of times and love the **** but the show just cant beat The Wire, the characters man

Edit just noticed this was from the tv thread so a lil different, they don't get how much they miss with prophesy and history

Didnt like how they didnt really do the book scene like saying how its one of only 3 and joffrey just lols. They def gave him a lot of other moments to be hilariously evil right before his death though so it was ok.

Regarding the ep, I kept looking at the clock because I thought they wouldnt spend much time in it and that was a mistake. Last time I checked it was in around 30min and the ceremony hadnt even started. They were still showing stannis, bran, etc. Iirc they said the wedding was going to be HUGE and nowhere near the red wedding so that got my hopes up. But, turns out everything important was included, even if it wasnt that long. Missed Garlan in there obv and wanted more of the QoT but it was still good. +1 to missing someone mentioning how rare the book was.
