S1 is alright, it just makes it look like an average sitcom whereas S2 let people talk about it as the best comedy on TV right now without people calling them dumb.

That said $10 for 6 eps isnt a bit of a rip off imo given Community was like 25 eps and is going for $12.

The show is inconsistent, but has some good moments and episodes so im going to keep watching and hope tonight and the episodes going further are a plus.
If you knew what the word "constructive" meant it would be less annoying.

Also I'm not sure what "coltish nuthuggers" means. Are there lots of Peyton Manning fans in that thread?

If you did not realize that Community was not going to be new on ****ing Thanksgiving, you are either really stupid or not American and either way should make a note not to chew on your toilet. Sheesh.

AJ, people telling you you're wrong ('cause you're wrong) is not trolling. Post your damn opinions and if people do troll you, they will be dealt with accordingly.

ok, i appreciate the fairness. fwiw im not mad at any posters in here or something just pointing out that its sort of crazy and funny in a way how much people care about TV. Seems like we could all be a little less sensitive sometimes.

Elaborate, what do they show instead? Seems like it would be a perfect opportunity for a lot of shows to make thanksgiving themed episodes, seen as they all cash in all the other major holidays anyway.

Those episodes almost never air on the holiday itself. Almost no one shows new episodes then because the ratings are ****.

This can be easily found online, but usually stations air sports or news-type specials or movies on major holidays. I believe NBC showed some Taylor Swift concert and then a 2010 People of the Year special (confirmed in about 90 seconds of googling).

You can make a thanksgiving themed episode and show it the week before or the week after thanksgiving, when more people will be watching, which I believe is what most shows do.

Season one is only a few episodes but I think it's just as funny if not funnier than season two. Tom is my favorite character and they have a lot of him doing awesome things.

On Wiki it seems a mixed bag of which season is better.

I'm rewatching S2 of Parks and Rec and it's just amazing. A giant leap up from S1.

Teddybear Suicide, but then we changed it to Mouserat. Then we were God Hates Figs, Department of Homeland Obscurity, Flames for Flames, Muscle Confusion, Nothing Rhymes With Orange, then Everything Rhymes With Orange, Punch Face Champions, Radwagon, Puppy Pendulum, Possum Pendulum, Penis Pendulum, Handrail Suicide, Angel Snack, Just the Tip, Threeskin... Oh, Jet Black Pope. We went back to Mouserat, and now Scarecrow Boat. God, when I hear myself say Scarecrow Boat out loud I kinda hate it...

Saying goodbye to Britta was the hardest thing to do.
But when someone's a bitch and a liar there ain't nothing left to woo.
I'm getting rid of Britta, getting rid of the B. (she's a no good B)

I feel like just by wanting to see him you're missing part of the joke.

Community is the nuts. One of my fave quotes from the most recent ep was easily "They had all the proper permits"
