I'm not saying she should be fired. But I don't think the women understand how negative she is to the team. They view contributions as value, when in fact it's not really the case.
My main point is other people would appear more valuable if Aubrey wasn't around. I've worked around people like her that dominate everything and a lot of people hold back because of that. It's a huge battle to try to get a point across, and only the most persistent don't give up. You see people who were previously viewed as not as effective or big contributors act completely different when that person isn't around. And a lot of times, being the loudest doesn't mean being the best, when at the time it seems like that might be the case. It's a lot easier to see the seen rather than the unseen (what they would do without her around).
You can tell that people who aren't used to being in those kinds of situations like Cheryl, Tia, Dayana, Patricia don't have the will to battle her all the time. I don't blame them, it is an exhausting task to be on the show by itself, let alone dealing with someone like her.
If she could actually back up her actions with results, I'd cut her some slack, but again, results show nothing.
